Absolutely slow… completely backed up line, not because there’s too many people but because the employees are doing nothing and serving no one. Line out to the corner and there’s one taking a smoke break. Have been sitting in line for 1 meal for 15 minutes… don’t come here unless you have a while to wait

After having my order taken at the drive through by an AI agent that was extremely clunky and slow, a human took my card at the window. Although the order clock on the wall showed how long people had been waiting in line (average was over 10 minutes) he had time to pull out his cell phone and text while standing in the window. He, and then another worker repeated my order back to me incorrectly twice, at which time I corrected them and was told to pull around to collect my food. There were already six cars waiting in line. if I hand not already paid, I would have left then. I will NEVER come to this restaurant again.

My burgers and fry combo for 7 bucks was not worth it at all! My fries were cold. The burgers were tiny. My first time there and won’t be going back
