Racists. Employee standing in the middle of a drive through lane so I pulled around to the other lane. Clerk told me i was in the wrong lane for ordering to go - no sign that this was the GrubHub line. I apologized and said there was an emploee in the other lane talki gto a driver.Reiterated about my safety cocerns after pulling up to the orderwindow. Womanran her mouth that "he had to say something again" as she handwd the order out the window. Ither employee laughing at my concern for his safety.Never coming back.

Food is very hitnor miss at this location. Sometimes you'll get burned bun and burned burger, sometimes you'll get old fish that's so dried up you can even chew it.Very hit or miss. Out of 4 visits in the past month, 3 visits ended up with sub par food.

I would recommend no one go to Rally's in Lexington. Not any of the rallies in Lexington are clean and have yet to see a Rally's where the staff are doing anything there's supposed to be doing and I'm surprised the health department hasn't shut any of them

Worse restaurant I have ever been to in my life. Woman at the window is beyond rude. Prob the worse hotdog I have ever hate. Bread literally fell into pieces due to being so soggy. Step your game up rally’s. Tell your workers to work on their customer service before you end up with no customer.

The food is great but today when I went through the drive thru there was a Ai bot or whatever you call it,it made me very uncomfortable and it got my order wrong y'all need to get off your lazy butts and just do the normal drive thru speak if you are going to get a job.
