Always good. We had 6 people and the meals took a little longer but were well worth it. We always feel that we get our money's worth!
Kinda loud but still okay.
Food was bland and chicken tasted like rubber. Drinks from the bar were good and pie was good. Service was good. But the meal had zero flavor.
A True Comfort Food Gem – Ramsey’s Diner in Zandale
Ramsey’s Diner in Zandale hits the sweet spot between hearty, homemade cooking and warm, welcoming service. From the moment I sat down, I felt like I was in a familiar, comforting space. The food was outstanding — generous portions, beautifully seasoned, and clearly made with care. The meatloaf was tender and flavorful, paired perfectly with a rich tomato-based sauce. Sides like buttered corn, baby carrots, and pinto beans were simple but satisfying. And let’s talk about that mini pie — flaky, sweet, and the perfect finish.
The service was attentive without being overbearing. Staff were cheerful, prompt with coffee refills, and genuinely seemed to enjoy being there. Even during a busy evening, my server checked in regularly and made sure everything was to my liking.
The atmosphere is casual but inviting — think classic diner charm with a hometown feel. The red-checked tablecloths, hot coffee, and steady flow of conversation make it a great place to relax and enjoy a comforting meal.
All in all, Ramsey’s Diner exceeded expectations. It’s the kind of place you return to not just for the food, but for how it makes you feel. Highly recommended for anyone craving genuine Southern hospitality.
Family friendly. Wonderful environment. Food was very good. Would recommend.
My mom, cousin and I had lunch at Ramsey's in Zandale. My mom got the chili and a salad, my cousin got the hot brown and I got the catfish, mashed potatoes with gravy, brown beans. It's the best catfish I've ever had, the corn muffins were savory and delicious. I ate every bite! My mom LOVED the salad and my cousin enjoyed the hot brown. Can't wait to come back. Great service, clean, great atomosphere.
The pickup window makes a world of difference! With two young kids and often being just worn out from peopling all day, being able to have a home cooked meal that I didn’t cook without going into a restaurant is fantastic. We eat at least once a week from Ramsey’s in Masterson Station! Orders are always correct, well packaged, and fresh.
Veggie plate and veggie hot brown are so delicious. Cozy atmosphere too. Highly recommend.
ZEROOOOO stars- Andover location. Our 4 top was sat at the same time as a 7 top. After bringing out some sweet tea that tasted like dish water, our waitress disappeared, the 7 top got their food and they still hadn’t bothered to take our order. We walked out after being there for 30 minutes.
First time here tonight w my family and literally everything is so good. The service is great and the food is amazing with huge portions. Will definitely be back.

The leestown location has the worst service . They are so rude .
I love this place and they get their pies from Missy's....always the best!
Hot brown was awesome and very large. Key lime pie tasted like the key lime pie I had in Florida.
The husband had open roast beef sandwich and black bottom banana pie, and he said they were great.
Service was excellent, quick, and very attentive.
