Ramsey's Diner - Zandale

I don’t know how you stay in business the Reuben and fries I received were disgusting. The bread on the Reuben was soggy as were the frires.

Food was delicious. Lots of gluten free options, breakfast all day, and our food got out pretty fast. The service was very kind and efficient. The atmosphere feels very homely. The restaurant features a bar and plays good music. The only downside is the possibility that your party has to wait for a table upon arrival, they usually stay pretty busy.

I was there with a party of 10 which can be challenging for some restaurants. But not Ramsey’s! Our service was excellent, Alyssa in particular and the food was delicious! . I was hosting family from California, New York, and Texas. We had a wonderful time from the appetizers to the drinks and cocktails, to our entrées and then desserts! Friendly, efficient, conscientious service coupled with generous portions of Kentucky’s best hallmark dishes!! A great time was had by all!

Four different home cooked meals! So many options! A nice change from same-ole-same restaurants. Service was friendly and excellent. Lovely southern cooked options.

Just got a Togo order and food was not great as it usually is. Chicken and dumplings had no juice just dry and chicken and dumplings, beans were hard and not cooked long enough asked for potato salad got mash potatoes which gravy is definitely packet stuff. Very upset as a uk worker I wanted a real meal after a long shift. Definitely upset. Wasted $19.

Went here while in town based on recommendation from local. Had the southern catfish with three sides. Was at my limit on how much I could eat. Highly recommend.

Fantastic home-style food! Best cornbread I’ve ever had in a restaurant- vegetables you can’t get anywhere. Even the French fries on the kids plate were better than most places!

I had the chicken and dumplings it came with two veggies. I got baked potato and broccoli. I have to say this was one of the best restaurant meals I have ever had. The chicken and noodles had was in a had a broth that was out of this world.
