Large selection for a small store! Lovely friendly and helpful staff.

I’ve shopped here several times but sadly won’t be back. I made a purchase for my daughter, but quickly realized I had bought the wrong items. While still in the store l did the return/exchange. The young girl helping me needed assistance with the return and the woman that came over snapped at me as I was trying to explain the situation. My first purchase included rewards I had earned - she didn’t credit them back to the new purchase.. so I lost them. When I inquired she was rude and walked away to the other register to help another customer. I love supporting local businesses, but I prefer to give my business to places that value their customers and provide respectful, competent service.

Great place always has been

If you miss classic health food stores, this is the place to go in Lexington. Excellent variety and very good prices, including a nice selection of teas. Recommended.

She's always spot on, so sweet & super down to earth. You'll love her! Crystal is kind, personable & fantastic with guiding you through a colonic session. It's been a game changer for me! Bought Shilajit from this store in April for its benefits, however, after using it for 2 months, I was having a side effect of feeling anxious after taking it. Called the store to see if I can return it without a receipt but with bank statement showing my purchase, the employee stated that it can be exchanged with something in store. Went in, told the person in the front - older lady with silver hair and glasses of my experience with the product and its anxiety side effects. The lady acted like she didn’t want to deal with me, made it seem like nobody ever had that side effect and said she can’t do anything because it’s past the 30 day return policy. Her attitude and demeanor made me feel so bad! Her judgmental look and body language about trying to return the product is something that I haven’t experienced in retail in a very long time. What an awful lady!

Spoke to Nancy on the phone who was very helpful with finding something for treatment. Decided to visit in the evening to find the products and the staff was rude and disrespectful. They turned the lights off while I was trying to find something for my daughters symptoms. Obviously they were in a hurry and even was talking badly about Nancy. First time in and the last time visiting. Might want to reconsider your staff.

Went in with my family for some things. They turned the lights off on us, would be appreciative of a notice instead of being left to walk in darkness. From what I've seen staff is overall friendly otherwise.
