A friend gifted me a Reiki session with Patricia, and it was amazing. To have an hour to relax and be open to the metaphysical was wonderful and enlightening moment. I will do this again! The store was bright and light and had many cool elements. It is the first place in Lexington where I have found loose tea where you can create your own blends. I found everyone there very helpful and friendly. They are one of the few places in town that have stones/rocks I'm weird and I keep stones near me at all times. This store is in a bit of a sketchy part of town, but I did not see anything out of the ordinary, nor did I feel unsafe. I was not given any kind of sales pitch of buy this herb, or get these vitamins I love that, these folks really just want to help people and I love that!

Spoke to Nancy on the phone who was very helpful with finding something for treatment. Decided to visit in the evening to find the products and the staff was rude and disrespectful. They turned the lights off while I was trying to find something for my daughters symptoms. Obviously they were in a hurry and even was talking badly about Nancy. First time in and the last time visiting. Might want to reconsider your staff.

Was in the store 15-20 minutes, no one ever asked if I needed assistance...staff were discussing plans for going to some concert...another customer comes in and was greeted promptly and assisted with their needs immediately.
