Three hours to get our entire meal that we had to bring home to eat.
Rolling Oven in Mirror Twin Brewing is a must-visit! Fabulous beers and delicious wood-fired pizza made for a perfect meal. A very friendly waitress answered our questions and helped us with our beer selections. We enjoyed a flight featuring a variety of sours, stouts, and pilsners—French Toast was the unanimous favorite at our table!
After choosing our beers, we made our way down the counter to order food, starting with the whipped feta appetizer—tangy, drizzled with honey, and spread over crisp crostini—absolute heaven! The Fat Sticks, a meaty wood-fired pizza with a marinara dipping sauce, were a hit, and the loaded potato pizza had the perfect balance of crispy crust, soft potatoes, and bold flavors.
Today, it was the perfect cozy retreat from the relentless rain, but we can’t wait to come back on a sunny day to enjoy the amazing patio with a cold beer in hand. Highly recommend!

EDIT: the owner, Nick, responded to the post and asked me to reach out. I texted Nick and never heard anything back.
Food is always good but overpriced for what you get.
Service sucks. We ordered 2 appetizers got one pretty quickly but had to go up multiple times to remind them about our wings. The last time my husband went up they said that had forgotten them. We ended up having to get them to go since we had to leave and get home and the woman we ordered from didn’t say much or offer apologies for the forgetfulness and bad service.
The same woman who took our orders said, “gee thanks” to our friend when she bought a $1 ranch and did not tip on the order (she had tipped on the original order).
Probably won’t be back.

Came to the brewery for date night with my hubby and we ordered a small pizza to split. We ordered the honey garlic chicken. The pizza came out pretty quickly and was so delicious, we devoured it pretty quickly. The staff was very accommodating and definitely seems hard working. With how busy the brewery was during a downpour, they were non stop moving pizzas. Great pizza! Definitely will have to come back and try the other specialty pizzas offered here.

A nice place with friendly service. After taking a seat and placing my order, I waited about 10 minutes for my pizza, which seems very reasonable. The pizza itself and the ingredients were top-notch—I really enjoyed it. Highly recommend!

I'm impressed with the pizza at Rolling Oven, I haven't had such great dough in a long time! The prices are reasonable, and the food is truly delicious. Plus, the friendly staff makes this place well worth a visit.

I had both pizza and salad here, and I enjoyed both. The portions are generous, and you can tell they’re made with fresh ingredients and a nice culinary touch.

What one of our team members said: "We love Rolling Oven! Their pizza + sandwiches are so delicious. Their staff is so friendly. Can't recommend more!"

Rolling oven is great! I love a traditional, hand tossed pizza and this place does that. The bruschetta is always great and tastes fresh. The one thing this place has that is above all else is their s’mores pizza. My friends and I tried it once, and since then we can’t get enough of it.
I’ve only eaten in the restaurant 2 or 3 times, but each time the service has been solid and the staff is attentive and is very friendly with customers- multiple times the staff has been able to recommend different menu and drink items to me and they have never disappointed.
Overall, it’s a good pizza place in a great location.

We waited 2 hours for a small pizza & salad. I understand coming on a Saturday there will be a wait. However, I would have appreciated a heads up while ordering that it would take 2 hours.

EDIT: Nick, thanks for the reply. I’ve been a fan for a long and I appreciate the transparency. Definitely willing to give you all the benefit of the doubt. I read through your Instagram post and wish you the best. Will be by for another try sometime soon 🍕
A far cry from what Rolling Oven used to be like. ~$40 for a large pizza, over an hour wait. Hair and a piece of metal found in the pizza.
Fine with the wait considering we were here on a Saturday during a Cats game but there’s no excuse for the non-pizza objects being found…
