Picked up two pizzas to take to a friend's home to watch Breeders Cup. The Potato Chorizo Pizza was good, and better than the pizza Bianca. These are relatively thin pizzas, not particularly to my liking. Just okay.110

Delicious pizza! Customizable, filling, fresh, flavorful. It's what you want and really that straight forward :)

Great pizza. I LOVE wood fired pizza and this is probably in my top 5. Always inspiring as a home pizza chef. I love their menu.

Delicious pizza with a lot of great selections. I usually order them while at Mirror Twin Brewery. The ordering system is great. You can either go up to the counter and order or order directly from the table with the QR code and punch in your table number. I've tried the potato chorizo and prosciutto speciale and both have been excellent, and the crust was nice and thin. if you are in the mood for pizza and beer, Rolling Oven and Mirror Twin are definitely a good choice.

Easily the best pizza in Lexington! Super friendly staff as well. Slowly working out way through the menu and haven't had a bad pie yet.

This is a strong addition to Mirror Twin Brewing. I love Wood fired pizza and Rolling Oven has a good dough recipe that holds up the the fire. Good selection of pizza toppings as well. However the star of the menu is the potato skinssssssss!!!! Excellent after hiking all day or just brewery hopping. Orders so take awhile so expect to drink a beer or two before the pizza is ready but if you aren't in a hurry, then it may be worth the wait!

I first noticed them from being at festivals and just places they took the food truck. Then went to the location in Mirror Twin Brewing starting last year. It's pretty cool, they always seem to have unique kinds and combinations that other pizza places don't. I give 4 or 5 stars as far as going to get a whole pizza at regular price for take out. Just went back for Lexington Pizza week and got a Pumpkin pizza special for Pizza Week, remember having a pumpkin pizza there last fall (not in pizza week). This was my first time eating there with friends, was pretty decent. I have to complain about the serving size. It was only 2 small slices of pizza. Other places I went to for Pizza Week gave me much more pizza for the $6. Split a Smores pizza with friends too, that was good. Wasn't too crowded this time, though I've def seen Mirror twin pretty full before. Pizza Week pizza I'd give only 2 stars due to the small serving. But this review is for my other experiences here too. Good pizza place!! Just don't go there for the pizza week special.

CALL AHEAD! Call ahead if you want pizza while drinking at Mirror Twin. Otherwise your wait might be tremendously long and you'll be five beers in before food is even close to ready. It is good stuff to have while on site; not pizza I would seek our separately for dinner or to go. A few fun flavor combos and a few solid classics. Perfect for a hot summer day at the brewery or a cold winter night there too.

Foods good but service is nonexistent. We ordered food at a non-peak hour and still waited over an hour to receive half of our order. We only got the second half of our order because we went in and asked for them to make it as they had just moved on to other orders and forgotten about ours.

Rolling Oven offers a large selection of delicious food. I ordered them while visiting Twin Mirror Brewery and was very impressed. Their ordering system at the brewery is really simple. Each table has a QR code for scanning and ordering from your phone. The menu for lunch on a Sunday morning was huge! I couldn't believe how many options they had. The regular menu and brunch menu were available. The Pizza Bianca and Potato, Cheese, and Egg Pizza were both so delicious. The flavors were amazing on both. The Toast a la French was also very good. What a fun idea to make a crispy coated French toast. I should have ordered the half order because the full order was a lot of food. I ordered a Side Salad to get some mandatory vegetables and was impressed with this as well. The bowl of greens was packed and all of the ingredients were fresh. I hope that if I find myself in Lexington again that I can enjoy Rolling Oven again!

Rolling Oven Pizzeria was at a Winery on a beautifully sunny day.The staff was great, food was even better, plus they accommodated a food sensitivity. They use a different grain for the crust providing a lighter texture.Crust was excellent and the toppings were better than the 'run of the mill' pizza.

The truck was at Bonnaroo, and we had to try it! It was a little bit of a wait, but makes sense since it was at a large music festival. The pizza came out super hot and fresh! The sauce was flavorful and there was tons of pepperoni. The crust was light and fluffy. It was a little more burnt then I would have liked, but I think that was from the oven being super hot to crank out the pizzas faster. It was also one of the best deals at Bonnaroo. $16 for a 10in pizza! It was delicious and great to eat while watching a show. The workers on the truck were also super sweet. I took off a star, because a man (I'm assuming the owner of the truck possibly) put in a huge order and that was pushed right to the front of everyone waiting. I get it if your the owner and want to show off to your friends but it doesn't look great to the costumers. Anyway!!! Still delicious!
