Mucho Gusto. I was raised in Texas and grew up eating Latino food. I can talk a fair amount of Spanish. Please don't get embarrassed all Latino people learn English in school. Guacamole here is all made by hand fresh every day. I recommend a plate of enchiladas during hot weather. I always drink ice water with quality dining because I can really taste the peppers!
Vegetarian options: The staff were very agreeable about removing pork from the pupusa so it could be vegetarian (beans and cheese remained). Served with a generous amount of pickled cabbage (I'm not a pickle fan but this was great). Delicious!
Some of the best pupusas I’ve had in a while! I love Salvadorian food, I’ve had it in Arizona, NY, and now Kentucky and this has to be some of the best I’ve had. Even better than the ones that I make at home and that says a lot ?. So ultra thin and cheesy what kind of cheese do you guys use?
