Wow! Absolutely amazing service (the woman was very attentive, knowledgeable and kind), and FANTASTIC food. We got the vegetable miso ramen, the spicy crab rangoon roll, and the crunchy crab roll. Everything was so fresh and flavorful. Worth every penny.

Stopped in on our way through Kentucky and found this gem. There are few options for ramen and sushi near our home so this was a treat. I had the chashu ramen, and my only slight markdown on it was the egg was slightly overcooked, but we came in 20 min before they closed for lunch and were the only ones there so it had likely been sitting for a bit to progress past the jammy stage. Both the broth and the noodles were very good and the pork was tender. My father had sushi rolls and said it was excellent, especially given the price. Would definitely go again if I lived nearby, and will keep it in mind any time we drive through the area.

Sushi was awesome but someone in the back was hacking like they had TB. The whole time we were there. I honestly feel bad for whomever it was, they need to go to the hospital or doctor.
Had takeout dinner from here with a family of 5. Takeout isn't any smaller than dine in dinner! We got sushi ramen and poke bowls. The food was delicious and the staff were very kind. 100% recommend.

This is the best quality sushi in Lexington, hands down. I have eaten at just about every sushi restaurant in town and after trying Sam Sushi, I only order sushi from there 95% of the time. The fish is always fresh, the rolls are always expertly made with care, and the flavor combinations are worth a trip. They also have rolls with lettuce, fresh vegetables, and fish of your choice, without any rice. I like these because I like to order a couple of rolls at once and like the option of a healthy, lower calorie roll without rice to complement a rice roll and balance out the meal. Staff is very friendly as well.
