My older disabled mother was in this store on 3/12/25 and loaded her items on the conveyer belt at 9:54 am. The woman checking her out scanned her card and told her she was not aloud to shop for 6 minutes more minutes. A manager come over and cancelled out the transaction and the two woman removed all items from the conveyer belt and pushed her buggy to the side. By now she only had 2-3 minutes left. She sat down on a picnic table waiting for the last minute to then put her items back on the belt. Several customers then come in line with full buggies. Being that her back hurt and she seen the woman keep looking over at her as she started checking out the other people, she then left. She has went in early and been checked out with no issues and maybe other cashiers bent rules that my mother did not know existed but in future I think they could have left the items the remaining few minutes since no one else was approaching or checked her out and told her they may be unable to do that in future. But they did not even apologize for the inconvenience. No “I’m so sorry it’s the rule I just can’t”. Post these rules for older people to see somewhere- she was told she could check out early for 26$ she’s already paying for the membership and on fixed income and just lost a huge part of her income when my dad passed a few months ago. I’m a nurse so I take care of others for a living and I can’t imagine treating someone this way over a stupid rule to make a multibillion corporation even more money. We will be going to Costco.

Terrible experience at the tire center. Made an appointment to get a tire fixed and get there and they say they can’t bc they don’t have any. Plus being directed to a national call center vs the actual store is bs.

Sam’s Club, you have to do something about communication with your store. I called and got transferred to your tire battery headquarters, they ordered tires for me and then also set me up with a an appointment on a certain day and time. Next thing I know I’m getting phone call after phone call from the tire battery shop they’re at Lexington Sam’s Club telling me they need to set me up with an appointment for my tires. So I tried to call to verify with them that yes it’s already been made for a certain day and time, and I get transferred and disconnected after three or four rings. So hopefully the tire battery headquarters is talking to the store, because if I show up at my supposed reserve time after leaving work, I don’t know if I’ll be buying tires ever again at Sam’s Club.
