I love when I get charged for âextra riceâ because I didnât want vegetables ⌠they also refused to give me the fresh rice when I asked because the rice that had been sitting there didnât look warm at all . Got my food and imagine that , it wasnât warm at all . Donât think Iâll be back

This is for the Knoxville, TN store, wouldnât recommend going there in the last 30 minutes, because they close early, even tho they are there cooking food and laughing and having a good old time, you walk up to order and theyâll tell you there closed, maybe donât advertise that youâre open till 6(Sunday) if youâre only open till 5:30. Maybe close the store. Highly disappointed in the customer service.

Food seems great but the attitude of the employees is horrible. They seem to have little to no communication or social skills and it comes off as rude more than anything.

This is my go to place to eat when I go to Lexington. I will definitely go out of my way just to eat here. The portions are huge and the price isnât bad at all.
