Ordered door dash and they took mad long and the order was wrong and less than half there we got 2 pieces of cornbread and the cake and someone else's meal altogether. The food although seasoned well was very salty. Had to cancel and refund the doordash.
If we order again it'll be too soon.

We had dinner here. A Bleu Gourmet burger and a Philly Cheesesteak sandwich. Both were delicious! The fries were really good! Thin and seasoned well, they were perfect with our burger and sandwich.
Our waitress was very attentive and nice. The decor there is very nice too.

I was in town for homecoming for the first time and years and was so glad that I found this gem. The food was amazing! We went during happy hour- had the Philly rolls, soul food rolls, catfish nuggets, lamb chops, mac and cheese and cabbage! Every last one of those items taste phenomenal. The service was a little slow at times, but they were very busy it was a Friday night so we were patient and understanding. The drinks were a little sweet, just about every drink we got. But the overall experience was great and we talked about the food all weekend.

I discovered this gem on fb on Wednesday 10/15/25 and made it my mission to be there that evening for dinner. So glad that I did. Truly did not disappoint. I am very particular about my food and I can't wait to go back again. So many good options I ordered the Soul rolls and they were delicious along with the dipping sauce . Followed by grilled shrimp, collard greens with turkey, sweet potatoes casserole and delicious corn bread. For dessert their chocolate cake. Met the owner and had an overall fantastic experience. This place is a newly discovered spot for me when I have a craving for some good soul food and don't have the time or energy to cook. You will not be disappointed!!!

This soul food restaurant was amazing. Everything was amazing! We are from Indiana and there aren’t lots of great soul-food options. Me and my fiancé loved this food. I got the chicken and waffles, greens, and mac n cheese, and he got the catfish dinner with mac n cheese, greens, and we shared the sweet potato casserole. We both got the blue koolaid and it was fantastic. It’s very rare to go to a soul food restaurant and everything is good but when I tell you everything at this spot was delicious I’m not lying. Great vibes, great music, great customer service, great food, and the owner even came out towards the end of our meal and asked us was everything good and of course we told her yes. We also got 2 shots of tequila and was completely feeling ourself lol. Sassy Bleu has only been open since Dec 2024 so please check out and support this new, black-owned, soul food spot in Lexington, KY you won’t be disappointed it’s a 10 out of 10!
