Saul Good's got a great location right in downtown Lexington. The menu is chock-full of delicious food, the atmosphere is great and the service is 1st tier!On our first visit, my friend and I ordered a meal and shared it family style. We got the pulled pork sandwich (served with slaw and fruit), the soup of the day, the macaroni and cheese and a flat-bread pizza. The soup and the pizza were good, but the total star of that day's show was the pulled pork sandwich.Served on a fresh, soft brioche bun, the sandwich is made with Kentucky Bourbon Barrel Ale BBQ sauce, which elevates the flavor of the meat to a whole new level. Tangy and luscious, the BBQ sauce went with the meat like words with music; the side of fries were crispy and perfectly cooked, with just the right amount of crunch :-)We completely enjoyed our meal, and look forward to returning to try more of their delicious looking menu choices!

We live in Louisville. Whenever we are in Lexington, to go to a basketball game or visiting my daughter, we frequently eat at Saul Good. Everything I have eaten here has been very good. The servers are exceptional. There are 2 locations. Both are great.

Service was great, food was really good but they seated us right in front of the food service bar when there was plenty of tables open elsewhere. Made for a very noisy and interruptive visit.

This place was good the first time I went but just okay the second time. It may have been an off night for the chef, not sure, but it's a good atmosphere and the food is okay to good overall. I would go back but would not get the chicken and waffles again. Waitstaff was great and our drinks were never empty.

I had the steak salad and the peppers in it were amazing. They were spicy with almost a flavor you would expect on a higher end pizza and the flavor lasted on your tongue. My husband's frys were great and the skillet cookie sundae was the best we have ever had!!!

Decent place with decent food and service. My food could have tasted better and could have been warmer but overall it was a 4. We went there around 9 which is relatively late and got seated right away. The service was quick and friendly and it didn’t cost a bomb like other downtown restaurants.

My food was not hot at all. It seemed like it had been sitting there for awhile. Also there wasn't much there on the desert. It took forever to get the desert. I wasn't a fan of this place I did try it again but still wasn't a fan. My friend wanted to go there. I asked for my burger to be well done- no pink. One side was no pink but the other side was pink. It didn't even looked cooked. We had to wait awhile to get our check.

If you are in downtown Lexington and you love a good ribeye, make this your 1st stop. It can be quite busy and even more so if there is anything going on at the arena. You might want to think about getting there before the crowd otherwise there will be a long wait, but it is well worth it.
