Last couple times I ordered giant I received 2 of the smaller sandwiches. Not really a issue for me, just curious if giant size is still a thing?
I don’t know why I keep trying. My last 3 visits have not gone well. Maybe I’m remembering them when they were great. This time I received a tasteless mayonnaise (turkey) sandwich, stale chips, and a mild dose of food poisoning. I must remind myself never to try again.

Why are dogs inside this restaurant?? I thought they were only allowed in outside eating areas. One barked a few times, and the other ate food off the floor around the table. I thought Kentucky had laws against dogs inside of restaurants. This makes me think a lot less of this place.

Its right next to a great bookstore and if you want a good deli sandwich schlotzskys is the way to go
Currently waiting 20 minutes in the drive thru. Not to mention the workers can be really rude and leave out stuff from an order.
Never wrote a review before, but I'm so peeved at this place man. I fell in love with this salad from here the first time I had it. Went to order it again, and it was made completely different. Ordered a third time, it was even more different. Different greens, proportions, had chicken in it, then didn't have chicken. I had receipts for all three orders, and it was the exact same. When I go eat out somewhere that has meals for $15+, it should be consistent and prepared correctly. Staff are kinda in their own world back there too. But yeah, I'm just trying to have that salad again cuz it was so good.
Bonnie, Kevin, pam, Ke ke are the best workers at Schlotzsky’s so much better than the people from prep 5 star of customer service and food quality, they are always respectful and kind.
Very slow service they say a number but 20 people in bldg talking u can't hear or see who they talking to

I love you guys but you need to hire more staff. I recently came inside and ordered after a rude customer. The staff were visibly upset. I ordered and made a joke about people sucking sometimes. Got my ticket. Sat at the table for 35+ minutes. Finally my boyfriend went to the counter and they had forgotten our order and moved onto drive thru tickets and other customers that came after us. Your staff shouldnt feel so fight or flight that they do this. With more staff you would have a better team able to handle the amount of orders.

just placed 2 orders. was told both were in bag when I asked. they weren't. had to go back in. the turkey avocado sandwich has 1 piece of avocado and it is mostly the pit of the avocado. also got mac and cheese and was not given anything to eat it with.

Waited over 40 minutes in the drive thru for a mobile order that wasnt ready by the time i got to the window even though i pulled into the drive thru at the pickup time and told them at the speaker that i was picking up a mobile order.
I wasnt able to get the employee's attention at the window so i just had to wait until it was ready and told him i needed a refund instead.He said he would get the manager and then told me the manager said she was busy and would get it refunded in a few minutes but i was already almost late going back to work so i couldnt wait on her. We called the next day and were told to wait 5-7 business days for the refund. We have since called every 5-7 days since the order was placed on September 14th. We even called corporate the 4th time and gave our order number and were told they would contact the store to give us a refund which didnt happen and we have still not been refunded. They have literally the worst customer service both in store and at corporate and i will never recommend anyone to ever eat here. This also isnt the first bad experience I've had here but it's usually small stuff like not getting utensils, something made slightly wrong, etc. Not stuff worth complaining over. But the last time i had a bad experience i was told to pull forward because my food wasnt made(also ordered ahead then) and an employee that was going on break saw me park and noticed i was still there when he got back so he asked me about it and got it fixed. But this time was just too much and I'm done trying to get it fixed so I'll just not go back.
