My family was in there having a nice dinner a few months back and have been regulars ever since. One night a couple months ago we had a server named Jason. Seemed a little high strung maybe a little high on something. We order our food which after about an hour of not seeing Jason another server comes up and says he is gonna be our server now. Takes another 20 minutes before we see our food then we see Jason running through the restaurant being chased by Lexington police officers. My kids and even I were in shock never have we gone out to eat and witnessed a foot chase while eating dinner and our server was eventually chased down and handcuffed we saw the police take him through the front glass windows. We thought maybe they just hired a bad one it happens. Fast forward to last night and who do we see is gonna be our server. None other than this criminal. We got up and left. Sedona taphouse hiring back a guy who frightened my children and my wife with cops chasing him through your restaurants with weapons drawn and you bring him back. Shame on you Sedona taphouse. We will not be back and I will inform my other friends who frequent your establishment that it's not safe eating there. We will also be contacting corporate. To bad O.J. Died or you guys would hire him too. Shameful we really liked coming here but no more. No other restaurant would hire someone who led a police chase through a restaurant full of people and kids. Whoever hired him should be fired immediately. Heard another guy he hired sexually harassed multiple women and the general manager laughed about it and tried to sweep it under the rug. Only when corporate got threats of a lawsuit did he take proper action and let him go. So far the captain of your ship is failing miserably on his hires. A felon and a pervert. Rant over my advice fire this loon before he hires anyone else who is danger to the young girls working there.

Still waiting after 2 hours and no food. Were put in the front bar room that has no air and it's hot since the weather was in the mid 80's today. I'm not sure if the foods any good cause I haven't got it yet and the few people I'm with that have gotten theirs have been wrong. This is the worst experience I've ever had.

I really enjoy the ambiance, it's a comfortable place to sit and enjoy company. Over all the service was great. But they could change a few things up. For the price set they chose for their menu, the bread basket should come with the table, as well as the drinks refills to be more inviting to the guests. The butter is excellent enough to get people's attention and that would 100% be something worth talking about, it's level with Texas Roadhouse buns and cinnamon butter, except there's no cinnamon, just deliciously sweet with a nice chewy bread. They could also add more side choices to meals. And add some things like Mac and cheese. They could encourage their staff to wipe off the menus. They are quite dirty.

We ordered takeout on March 22. My husband picked up the food to bring back to our hotel about .5 miles away, when he got back to the hotel we noticed that the seaside pasta was missing. My Roman chicken was so overcooked that it was inedible. I have called numerous times to speak to a manager to dispute the charge but nobody will return my call. I am now in contact with not only my credit card company, but also the corporate offices. This is totally unacceptable. I promise I will get my $74 back.

this restaurant used to be so good but obviously has had a change of management/cook. The food is definitely not good now and only one bartender even knowing there were going to be several big functions going on all week.

Was in town for business and decided to give this place a try. Sat at a table in the bar area and waited a good 5 minutes. No server. Switched to sit at the bar and waited another 5 minutes and the bar tender finally gave me a menu after walking by a half dozen times. Never asked if I wanted anything to drink. Sat another 10 minutes and bartender never came back to take my order or serve me a drink. This place seemed extremely unorganized. There were servers coming behind the bar to make drinks and the bartender was going out and waiting on tables. They were letting the dirty glasses pile up at the end of the bar. No one seemed to know what they should be doing. Didn't seem like the workers had designated duties. Food was coming out and no one knew where it went. They were not that busy as there were chairs and tables open. Bartender was just giving people the food to get rid of it. Extremely disappointed in my experience. Wouldn't recommend.

Won’t be going to this location again. Took an hour to get an iced tea. After waiting an hour and a half for lunch we politely asked to scratch the ticket and explained the entire table had appointments to go to. The manager offered the food to go. When we got the ticket they still charged us full price. Wasn’t worth the energy to dispute the almost $100 bill but definitely would not recommend. This used to be a favorite spot but the service and kitchen has clearly gone downhill. Super disappointed.

It was my fault for coming back.Came here several months ago and had terrible service. I thought there's no way it would be this bad again. I was wrong. I sat in the bar area for 10 minutes and no one approached me. I then moved to the bar itself where I was given a menu after 5 minutes but no greeting. Had to flag down the bartender for a water. Kept having to flag the bartender down for anything.My food was fine.I finished my food 10 minutes ago. I am currently waiting to be offered my check. There are six people at the bar currently. I would be shocked if my bartender even checks in with me in the next 10 minutes. I'll edit this on the time it took to get my check. Edit it only took another 8 minutes to get any attention from the bartender. Color me surprised.A joke of a restaurant. Stay very far away from this place.

The nachos were so disappointing. They had a bunch of Pico and hardly any cheese. We never received silverware or napkins, so we were grabbing the cocktail napkins. We ended up paying and left. We will not be back.

Ate here on a Sunday afternoon and I have to say "Don't eat here" There was only 1 other table of patrons so it wasn't busy. The Prime rib sandwich was all bread and horseradish. It had a distinct 'plastic' taste just terrible! The Nutella French toast my daughter ordered was supposed to have Bananas and strawberries but only came with the berries. It was however delicious. The coffee is from a grinder machine that only does 1 cup at a time. It was terrible! Thick black sludge at the bottom of the cup! The bread and sweetened butter was good. The garlic mashed potatoes lacked flavor and were basically room temp. The server while polite was not attentive, never asked if I wanted more coffee. I think restaurants in general have lost the secret to success. Good service is something that is just gone. Bring back good brewed coffee! French press coffee made by someone who doesn't drink coffee is just nasty!
