Love coming here for trivia! Good bar food, I recommend the o'rounds and the Irish nachos, their sandwiches and salads are good too. Very fair prices! Service is always great, the staff is friendly and attentive. Very fun pub-style atmosphere and lots of seating. I prefer this location over the one in Hartland, the food is consistently better and I enjoy the vibe at Patchen. One of Lexington's oldest sports bars and it's easy to see why it's stuck around!

This by far the best service in Lexington.Sit at the Bar, and the the service is amazing. Wings, Subs, Hamburgers are nice pricey and great quality.
