Super nice staff! Recommended some great dishes that tasted exquisite!! The general tso chicken is the best dish!! would 100000% recommend.
The dining experience was grand.

The food is made from fresh ingredients but the dishes we ordered--seafood platter, $23; mango chicken, $17--were incredibly bland. It was also way overpriced. The service is totally indifferent, almost rude. We were even scolded for not immediately putting our dishes in the trash can. We thought it would be a nice change from the fast food you find along the Interstate, but the plastic silverware and paper plates make it just another fast food experience. We will never come back to this place again.

The food is great here and the man who works there is very nice. The woman who is at the front most of the time is extremely rude!! I had recommended several people to this restaurant & was going to have a 15 person party come eat here UNTIL we were berated and treated poorly. This lady has anger issues & has no place working in the food industry with an attitude like that. She told us we couldn’t order something that we had ordered the previous week and that is on their menu exactly how we ordered it. She yelled & then proceeded to yell at the nice man in the back who I taken our order the previous week. We have shared this horrible experience with our friends and they will not continue to support this business anymore. Save yourself the heartache from being emotionally abused & yelled at for simply ordering something off the menu.
I recommend Thai House as the food is way better than this place and reasonably priced. It’s not located too far from this place. You even get great friendly service from the workers there. Eating on real plates and using silver utensils instead of the paper plates & plastic forks you have to get up and get yourself when eating at Shanghai Bistro.
I would give zero stars if I could but in order to leave a review one star is needed. It also looks like we were not the only one who experienced this lady’s temper as other reviewers had this same unfortunate experience.

The lady at the counter is very short and not pleasant to deal with. I think the food is overpriced for the quality. Would rather give my money to a business that appreciates their customers.

I feel like this place is overpriced for what they give you. I litterally only got 3 pieces of shrimp on each of my meals. Usually other places will give you double that or more. Little bit of meat with a bunch of rice. Food wasn't bad but portion of meat was terrible. Won't be back

The place is clean and organized. The food is always fresh and delicious. The owner was very nice and friendly every time me and my friend dined in this restaurant.
Thank you

This is 20 dollars. Very small amount of food for price. Person at the counter was rude. Asked about the portion and was yelled at by the worker. From looking at other reviews, I can see why now because it seems like she might have anger issues. I’ve worked in the restaurant industry for decades so it takes A LOT for me to complain. Will never go here again 👎
Edit: Brielle just made up a whole story because she was only in the building for a literal minute of this interaction. As you can see from other reviews, the woman has been rude to many others and the portion sizes have been brought up in other review groups and reviews here. Brielle, you don’t have to be a “pick me”, the lady at the Chinese restaurant doesn’t think you’re cool.
Food court quality. Almost $50 bucks for 3 plates. Wouldn’t mind the price if it had more flavor or much larger portions.
Food is still good but the service is not what it used to be. What happen to the real plates and silverware? For the prices and portion size you need to make it up with service!
Delicious food and great service

This place sells fraudulent gift cards and then says there is nothing on them when you go in to redeem. Beware.
This place seems to be closed for whatever reason half the time I come to eat there. And it’s not on Monday’s.

recently visited and while the place wasn’t busy, the service left a lot to be desired. The woman who seemed to be the manager took our order while on the phone and barely acknowledged us. When serving the food, she was noticeably aggressive in her manner. Even though there were plenty of empty tables, the staff chose to sit right next to us, I have no problem with eating with them but since they were already rude I felt like they were even talking about us. making the experience uncomfortable. Overall, it was an unfortunate and disappointing visit.

1st the prices are very high and thats ok if the food is really good but I ordered 2 General Tso combos with egg role and chicken fried rice. We were not impressed. The Genereral Tso nuggets had a good flavor but the meat was stringy, the rice had little to no egg in it and short on flavor but the real issue was im not sure what kind of meat was in the chicken fried rice but it was nasty and kinda slimy. I wont eat there again.

The past few times they got our orders incorrect. Additionally they charge 3.5% to use a credit card. Food has always been good but it’s better when they give us what we asked for. Going to find another Chinese restaurant.
