This store, alongside other Sir Pizzas in Lexington, needs a major renovation. Surely, it brings back memories. However, it is a dark and dingy store. They have updated the music box, and they have a decent sound system. Seating, tables, and walls, even the ceiling, all need a major update. As far as food prices go, I do believe they are equally competitive with others. Maybe even a little under. Talking with employees the pay is definitely low. Now, on the good side, the pizza is delicious, and thanks for the trip back to the 70s.

This has been a favorite most of my life. I am 47. Last night we stopped ordered a to go order. Got the royal feast large deal with cheese sticks. Asked for no mushrooms on my pizza. Also ordered a chicken sandwich for my daughter.
So all of a sudden the man said they don’t do military discounts and he doesn’t know what I’m talking about and we’ve always gotten one there. Offers me a free 2 liter. So I said ok cool. #1 the pizza was covered in mushrooms and I couldn’t eat the pizza. #2 the cheesesticks weren’t even cut into sticks. The dough was old or hard. Taste nasty #3 the 2 liter was outdated and had mold specks growing on the top of it on the outside of the bottle, makes no sense because the bottle was cold from the fridge. #4 chicken sandwich was saturated with some sort of extra salty substance.
I live in Nicholasville and drove all the way to this store because it’s the closest to me. Not happy. I will Not eat at this location ever again. I have questions regarding the cleanliness and sanitation due to mold on the 2 liter and the fact the man at the store was not wearing gloves and going back from taking money answering phones then preparing food. The regular people that usually run the store that I’ve seen in the past were not there. Definitely think twice before eating at this location!
I spent $41 and I’m diabetic and didn’t get to eat the ordered food thanks to this place!

I’ve had Sir Pizza from multiple locations and this one is not good. They don’t make their pizza like the others and crust doesn’t have same taste either.
