I tried calling to speak to a manager and all they said was well what do you want me to do about it. Uhm I don’t know make the damn sandwich correctly. The woman who answered claimed she was the manager. Refuses refunds. Also this happened two weeks ago, same lady answered sandwich was burned but “ I can’t find your order”. HOW IRONIC. I cannot recommend this location on richmond rd. Ordered 2 pizzas, one with meat and the other cheese. The toppings were very scarce and the cheese one was absolutely nasty. Super greasy..the color was orange. It looked so gross, wasn't sure if I even wanted to try it. I took paper towels and blotted it. The amount of grease was absolutely disgusting. We tried a few bites of the cheese but ended up throwing it away because it tasted so nasty. Super disappointed. And wasted $$

I am so sad to say this place was very disappointing. The food is actually really good. The worked was on the phone for 30 minutes and lost 4 different customers because she wouldn't hangup. We waited because they were the only place open. After a while she promised us the pizza would be done in 10 minutes. Now I don't expect that and that is okay but an hour later we still sat there waiting. Overall I was afraid to step foot through the front door. Very nice people but they really need some training and some care.

I ate at Sir Pizza for the first time yesterday and boy I was not impressed at all. I have had better pizza from the Toni pizzas you get at save a lot. I got a pepperoni and sausage pizza but for some reason I had pieces of onion and olives also on a couple pieces and half the pizza tasted of onion. If you are looking for a good pizza I suggest you go somewhere else for a better pizza and cheaper because their pizza prices are high as well.
