We love Skyline! The service was friendly and helpful with our order. Restaurant is beautiful, clean and comfortable. My family returned daily while in training for lunch. 3 way spagetti dinner is our favorite. The unique Greek flavors, fresh cheese and quick service are all reasons we keep coming back.

I wasn’t going to leave a review about the racism and poor service I experienced at this location, but after visiting a Skyline in Cincinnati where the service was excellent, I felt compelled to share the contrast.
From the moment I walked into the Lexington location, I was met with stares and an unfriendly attitude from the General Manager. Instead of simply confirming my order with the cashier—who was standing directly behind him—he demanded to see my receipt in a manner that made it clear his question wasn’t about accuracy but about bias. His demeanor spoke volumes.
To make matters worse, I ordered chili cheese fries and was given the smallest portion imaginable. Since it was my first time ordering that item, I assumed it was just the standard size—until I ordered the same thing at the Cincinnati location and received a portion easily twice as large, enough for two or three people.
It’s disappointing and disheartening that a General Manager can’t even display the basic professionalism to treat all customers with courtesy, regardless of their color. Skyline Chili is better than this, and I hope corporate takes note of how differently their brand is represented from one location to another.

Was excited to try Skyline. Friends raved about it. I was not really impressed. It was not bad, just did not live up to my expectations. Chili was warm not hot. Average tasting in my opinion. I would buy Wendy's chili and save some $$$.
