Their food is good. My opinion I prefer other chicken spots like Joella’s, Chick-fil-A, canes, Zaxby’s over slim chickens. I also prefer the fries at these other places over Slim chickens. It’s not a Bad place to eat and some people may prefer it. Just my thoughts. I do like Slim chickens choices and sauces and they are free. Probably 15 different dipping sauces for your fries and chicken tenders. They do offer dried mushrooms and fried pickles as sides! They do have several options for sides.

Slim Chickens is always a good experience when I visit. The employees are polite and professional. The service is quick and accurate. They have lots of options from chicken tenders to a wrap and chicken and waffles. Slim Chickens is honestly suitable for any time. They also have many catering options which makes them great for larger parties.

The food is PHENOMENAL!! It’s always fresh. The managers are very nice and super helpful! I think one of their names is Samantha, my order was incorrect so she corrected it without hesitation because I did have my receipt. And I also was offered a free item due to me being understanding and patient. This location is better than the Richmond road location because of the quickness, quality, and atmosphere. I want to shout out a few managers/ workers that also greeted me upon entry ; Brittany , Markita, Emily , and Nevaeh. I’m not sure if I am spelling it right. It seems like they are family there and the only goal is to help others and GROW. Thank you slims chicken. I will see you soon hahaha… as always ;) they also hand out free doggy treats!!

Slim Chickens is a fast food establishment that specializes in chicken wings and tenders. The garlic Parmesan wings are tasty. Not overly big though. Potato salad is good along with the Texas toast. The Texas toast was not overdone in terms of texture. Service is helpful and friendly. The place was not busy at the time I was there. Atmosphere is typical fast food with basic layout. Overall a good place.

I have seen a few locations since I have been living in Kentucky. I finally went to one of the locations in Lexington around the corner from my house and I must say that the trip was well worth it.
Tenders where good, fries average, wings not so much. Better than zaxby's and Canes, Slims tenders actually have flavor without the suce..... and the jar dessert is worth it.

I ordered curbside pickup for 11:30 and didn't receive my food until 12:05, and it was cold. First and only visit to Slim Chickens. Lee's never made me wait that long for a chicken sandwich and the food was better.

Relatively new place in town, I almost forgot that I've eaten here once before.. only once. I was not impressed.. it reminded me of the last time I ever ate chicken tenders at Wendy's. Stiff, chewy, salty, dry.. not good. This is easily the lowest quality chicken I've eaten in Lexington, I didn't even finish my meal. Throw a dart at some cork board with any other CHICKEN joint listed on it in town and you'll probably pick a better place to eat, I could list half a dozen off the top of my head in the same city.
