I just went here and got a double smash burger and it was the best fast food burger I’ve ever had, and hella fresh. I appreciate the workers and they’re kindness when taking my order 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 i also got an m&m blast and its soooo delicious along with a large cup of ice water and they put extra ice like I asked!!! very good sonic definitely recommend coming to this one!!!! Best location in lexington

Went through the drive through and the girl was not friendly at all. We ordered 2 chocolate shakes and 1 fry, the fries were ok but the 2 chocolate shakes were horrible. There was so much chocolate in it that it was sickening. Please teach them how to fix a milkshake. And if the girl at the speaker doesn't like her job she needs to find another job!!! 😡

My husband and I have eaten there and we also Doordash there. Every time theis certain manager is there she has not only been disrespectful but nasty. She even called me the B word. We have had to report her to Doordash on multiple occasions. When she isn't there, we have no problems but at this point I won't go back there.

Honestly I used to LOVE LOVE LOVE this place! They've always been a little slow on the overnight shift but their drive thru was slammed so it was to be expected. Anymore the night shift is slow whether its busy or not. And the quality of my shakes has gone EXTREMELY DOWN! The other night when I ordered a chili cheese coney it took over 20min to get my order. My cheesecake shake tasted terrible. It was like almost sour. It had a ziggy bite to it. (weird) and my hotdog bun was so hard I couldn't even eat it. Was very disappointed. Hope they get it together again bc I sure loved that place before.

Placed an online pickup order, arrived when the app told me me it should be ready, gave them my order name at the speaker, sat for 20 minutes t the window without anyone even speaking to me. Awful service.
Placed a mobile order at 10, was ready by 10:19, we sat at the pickup booth for almost two hours after saying we were there, we didn’t say anything about it because the line was so long and we’re giving them some grace. Once we saw everyone going through the line we decided we’d go ahead and see what the deal was, when we got to the window our food had been sitting on the shelf stapled up since we had placed the order. When we got our order it was cold and missing all sauces, the only sauce in the bag was a smashed ranch packet that had been busted open. Probably the worst mobile order/ drive through experience ever. Don’t recommend.

Ordered a doors dash for burger and fries and a drink I got the fries only paued $27 door dash only offer me $10 back. I know this was out of pure laziness of the workers there it them being mad I ordered food at all . Have fun with bad late night workers that don't care if you make a dollar.

This Richmond rd location is the worst Sonic location I've been to, and tonight marks the last time I give them a chance. Me and my wife really like the Sweet tea with Raspberry and Peach flavors added in. The price for this in RT 44 size is close to $8 which is quite ridiculous, but thats not the complaint because I know that ahead of time.
Out of the last 4 times I drove there to get our Teas, 3 of those times we were informed they didnt have any Tea made and wouldn't be making anymore, so we left with nothing. This last time about an hr ago, they actually had tea, but neither of them tasted like there was any flavor added to them. One of them had a red tint as if it had at least some flavor added, but the other didnt even have a red tint.
When I informed the worker over the speaker that neither tea tasted like it had enough flavor added, the worker told me they asked who made them and both teas had 4 squirts each of flavor. I told them that it didnt taste like it and I was then told that the manager said if I wanted more flavor then id have to pay extra for extra flavor.
The fact this location even has 3.5 stars at the time of writing this review is astonishing to me, because im only mentioning the final straw for me, but occasionally I do order food here and its always terrible as well. The workers here in general are not very customer service oriented, the tater tots are always cold and soggy, along with the popcorn chicken. Its the reason I stopped ordering food here and only occasionally come back when im craving that sweet tea, but now I won't even give them that business.
I didn't mention that the $8 I pay for those 2 teas, is only because I order through the app and get 1/2 price drinks, which the discount doesnt include the flavors. Without the app or happy hr price it would be close to $12. In what world does sonic think thats an appropriate price for 2 teas with a bit of flavor? $8 is wild enough, but $12 at regular price? Insanity. So when I do break down and decide I want one bad enough to pay $4, it would be nice if it actually tasted good and made correctly and I wasn't brushed off as if im just trying to get something for free.
Believe all of these 1 star reviews, do yourself a favor, and anytime you think you might want to visit this location, just have the closest person slap you. You'll end up being just as satisfied, I promise.

I love eating out late here cause you never know what actual garbage these people will get away with selling. If you love stale hot dog buns and half melted ice cream spilling out of a flimsy cup this is the place for you. The only eatable item was the tater tots. It get it your life sucks but why do you have to take it out on customers?
