We stopped at southland bagels on our way home to Virginia from Lexington after my brothers fantastic wedding at The Kentucky Castle . It was the perfect place to stop before a long drive. The bagels are so good and there were many options to choose from. Great coffee too. Definitely check it out if you’re in the area!!
We came down from Morehead KY for a doctor appointment. I saw a review from "Helen" who claimed to be from NY and declared these bagels possibly the best she ever had. I thought probably a bogus interview but it is no lie. These are in fact the best bagels I've ever had and I too am from the hallowed bagel land of NY. Delicious!
Awesome place! We got bagels, coffee, and a half dozen for the road. Very good and efficient service despite how busy it was when we went, quality was good, atmosphere is casual and I liked the art pieces for sale on the wall. Will definitely be coming back next time I’m in Lexington!
