Wanted to try out a new small business today and this place looked cute! I will say my husband and I were a bit disappointed. The coffee only came in 1 size, everything was unsweetened (which is fine for me but not him) and the coffee tasted burnt with little to none of the supposed ingredients. We only got one bagel and it was mediocre at best. The sausage tasted like it was vegan sausage and had an odd consistency. Honestly like a frozen fast food breakfast sandwich. For $20 I didn't think this was the best...

Great sandwiches and friendly staff with fresh bagels and coffee options. Great cream cheese and topping options.

The employees are nice but apparently don't read. Ordered two TOASTED plain cream cheese bagels And the three or four cheese sandwiches with the corny name on a PLAIN bagel. Waiting 35 mins for a to go order. The bagels weren't toasted and they put the sandwich on a brioche bun. 5 employees up front more in the back.....the wait time was just wayyy to long even though they were busy it was only to spread some cream cheese (not toast because they didn't) on two bagels and the Melt some cheese on the wrong bread I won't be back. Even if I had noticed before I left all three were wrong they were out of bagels....Very irritating.

Super cute store, I've only had their bagels at the farmer's market and I wish I'd been here sooner!Super nice and helpful people, they were training a new person, which was also great for me to hear the explanations about different options. The menu is pretty basic but very well done: bagles, bagel sandwiches, some other food items, drinks. Couldn't decide between the Hulk Smash and the Migos, so I'll be back for the Migos next time. Also want to check out their coffee, the Samsise Gamgee sounds yummy!

Bagels were excellent, soft and crusty. I ordered my everything bagel toasted with butter and it was the best bagel I've had in a while. My husband and girls all opted for breakfast sandwiches. They were very good, almost overstuffed, which most people love. The place is small but cozy. It's in a strip mall.

Cute little place. Supports local artists. Staff seems to be happy workers and are pleasant to customers. Latte is excellent. Bagel is fresh, soft and delicious. The vibe of the place is chill. Almost a FRIENDS kind of a vibe but a little downscale. If there's anything that will make this experience better would be plates and mugs for lattes if you are dining in.

Just ate breakfast here for the first time.Bagel with bacon, egg, and avocado. It was a modification of a menu item, but it didn't phase them. Great. Delicious !Also had a Latte. Also great.I suspect I will be coming back frequently.Service is friendly and quick. There is limited seating.A very nice family atmosphere.

Hands down the best bagel in Lexington. I typically stop by 2 or 3 times a week for a latte and bagel with cream cheese. I just love the friendly service and welcoming atmosphere here at Southland , feels like home !! Try the Tomato Herb bagel , it's makes life worth living !!!! For lunch , the Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich makes all other chicken sandwiches pale in comparison.GEAUX TIGERS

Great bagels! Love the easy ordering and pickup. The sweet treats are also awesome. Especially those little whopper cookies they make.

Not sure what to say. The bagels were really good. I really like avocados but I found something it doesn't go with. When we ordered an orange juice was told if it's not in the cooler they don't have any. While we sat there eating our bagels she went and filled the cooler with orange juice.

I would argue that this is one of the better bagel places here in Lexington. The bagels are great and consistent-- they don't skimp on the cream cheese. Not to mention they have one of my boyfriends favorites, goetta and my fav combo, cream cheese and egg. I prefer my eggs fried over how they scramble it but overall great bagels here!

Not your usual bagel taste! Southland bagels are full of some local flavor. We got the Rocksteady with Asiago Bagel and Sun Dried Truffle Cream Cheese and the Go Goetta on Herb de Province. We also got tried the peach chai latte! Highly recommend checking out this unique Lexington flavor town!
