Personally, I despise Starbucks. But genuinely, this was the greatest starbucks i’ve been to, and it reminds me why tipping so high is important. It was on the quieter end, ALL the employees were patient and kind, Nathan was an amazing customer servicer (can’t think of the right wording lol), and they made some extra things and gave it to us. 10/10 would recommend lol

The attitude of the staff was very arrogant and disrespectful, the female staffers were nice and pleasant but the gentleman (supposedly the manager at this place) has a very arrogant disrespectful attitude and approach.

I go almost every weekday morning, so I like to be proactive and order on my app usually 5+ minutes prior. I order the infamous london fog tea latte, and yes, I understand it takes 5 minutes to steep so I give so much grace. Genuine question, does the app not send in the order until you arrive? That is the only way this could logically make sense. I would assume if you know how long the drink takes to make, start steeping it soon after you see it pop up on your screen. I join the line and in about 7 minutes, I make it to the window. I immediately get curbed as I have before with this drink, around 5:57. 6:05 hits and with maybe 2 cars in the drive through, I walk inside. I am just now informed that my drink was made with the incorrect milk. Instead of throwing it away, I would have just taken the original drink, as milk is a preference for me. Instead of communicating that to me, they throw together my drink very quickly and hand me a $4 gift card. I appreciate the gesture, but my drink is $5.95 before tax. I understand I cause trouble with this drink as baristas are known for hating to make this, yet I try and do everything ahead of time to avoid this, yet this is the second time this has happened to me. I understand I have to wait my time in line and that there are other things being made in front of me, but again, if you understand this drink takes time to steep, maybe be proactive and start it. I genuinely just want to know how I can better this process because it’s getting exhausting.

Always treated so well, orders always right, my coworkers and I come so often they know app of our orders always so kind even when theyre busy, been helped by a few people but 9 times out of 10 its Cat and Eden and I have no complaints, they deserve a raise!

I was traveling and have not feeling the best I stopped in to get some hot water to make a peppermint tea and I was informed that they will not give you water unless you make a purchase I explained to them that they didn't have the type of tea that I normally drink and that's why I was asking for water they still refuse to accommodate me even though I had my Stanley in my hand. It takes so little just to be kind I don't understand this corporate decision I'm a rewards member I visit Starbucks all the time it just doesn't make sense

Amazing crew 👌 Jeffrey and Nathaniel make you feel right at home. The recent renovation is gorgeous, and functional. I live in Georgetown, but every time I'm in Lexington I go out of my way to come to this Starbucks location just for the crew 😊

i go to this location A LOT and the baristas are always so nice. however, i usually get the exact same like four drinks and every time i get them it’s like i ordered a completely different drink. i understand every portions a little differently but there’s not great consistency.
this is what i received today. i ordered an iced matcha w strawberry cold foam but i may as well not payed the almost $2 for the foam bc where is it on this drink? not to mention that drinks are rarely shaken fully.
