The worse starbucks in the city. Theo was horrible and incompetent on Thursday August 5th morning. Missed my pick up order and then argued that I should be in que as her missing it was not the problem. Sad, coz this is the closest starbucks but will not be going back again because of horrible and disrespectful customer service who refuse to see their own mistakes.

Bad service!!! . Second time I ordered here through the application and they don’t have the food I have already been charged . Waiting for a long time and they don’t tell you until you ask about it , they just said they don’t have it and you have to ask for a refund in Kroger customer service, why we just don’t get the money back to our Starbucks app? Credit? Gift card ? They should have an updated list of items and offered a gift card or something fast to replace it . If we order by the app it is because we are in hurry to have it, not willing to make the line in a supermarket customer service ! Second time in the same location , something is not working here .

My server was super sweet and genuine. He asked what I was asking for the day-if anything special. A quick small talk while waiting for my breakfast, and just the interaction shifted my mood. I left smiling, and I'm a good mood!! Thank you!!

This location almost never gets my order correct. I work nearby and over the last few years I keep popping in thinking they can’t possibly keep getting one of the most popular drinks wrong. Well they do. It’s always short staffed and every now and then they get backed up by 15+ mins. I once asked where my mobile order was (politely obviously) and was met with a whole lot of unnecessary attitude. Waste of my money and time.

It's a Starbucks in a Kroger. It has plenty of seats, near the restroom, windows, and an outdoor patio. I went to work on my laptop before a doctor's appointment across the street. I was able to work and sip on a delicious drink. My beverage was correct and I have no complaints.

I was in line on 12/27 around 1:20pm. I hope the managers see this. There was a single guy behind the counter, taking orders, making drinks, food, gathering stuff for customers and he ABSOLUTELY killed it. I didn't see a single mistake. All orders were correct. And there wasn't really a wait despite him being DEEP in the weeds. This is a guy who KNOWS his job. Genuinely hopes he gets this praise. You killed it buddy. Good job.
