This starbucks location seems poorly managed, although not at the fault of the employees. They often are out of certain ingredients, like espresso and cold brew, two things that seem fairly important to keep stocked in a coffee shop; There is often only a single employee working, even during a morning rush with over 5 people in line (I once experienced what seemed to be an employee of Kroger but not of Starbucks start making drinks to help because they were so understaffed); The Starbucks app falsely says this location is out of certain items a lot of the time and therefore won't allow you to mobile order for pickup (There's no way for me to know if this is at the fault of this specific location, or the Starbucks corporation as a whole, so take it with a grain of salt). The employees, however, are always very pleasant and nice, and I know it's not their fault if they're the only one working or if their cold brew machine stops working. They are very apologetic whenever something goes wrong, and overall work really hard even though this specific location doesn't make it especially easy. For a while I would even order the same drink for weeks in a row and different baristas started to recognized me and asked if I wanted "my usual." The drinks also never taste weird, so it seems like they do a great job whenever they have all the resources they need. Overall, if you're looking to come here, I would say do it. Just not if you're in a rush to get somewhere and it's morning - there have been several occasions where I ended up running 10-20 minutes later to school than I was hoping to due to a long wait. In summary: The baristas are lovely, the location is just poorly managed. For a grocery store location, it's only slightly below par.

The service at Beaumont Starbucks is very poor. I sent my online order to wrong Starbucks and the barista made no effort to correct the situation. Was very rude. Not a good way to start the morning.

This location almost never gets my order correct. I work nearby and over the last few years I keep popping in thinking they can’t possibly keep getting one of the most popular drinks wrong. Well they do. It’s always short staffed and every now and then they get backed up by 15+ mins. I once asked where my mobile order was (politely obviously) and was met with a whole lot of unnecessary attitude. Waste of my money and time.

It's a Starbucks in a Kroger. It has plenty of seats, near the restroom, windows, and an outdoor patio. I went to work on my laptop before a doctor's appointment across the street. I was able to work and sip on a delicious drink. My beverage was correct and I have no complaints.

I was in line on 12/27 around 1:20pm. I hope the managers see this. There was a single guy behind the counter, taking orders, making drinks, food, gathering stuff for customers and he ABSOLUTELY killed it. I didn't see a single mistake. All orders were correct. And there wasn't really a wait despite him being DEEP in the weeds. This is a guy who KNOWS his job. Genuinely hopes he gets this praise. You killed it buddy. Good job.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! The barista looked to the side rather than acknowledging the customer's presence to take their order. During the ordering process she expressed negative facial expressions when asked a question about an item. Also, all but one table was wiped off, but when we asked for a damp rag to clean the tables, she said, "we don't have any cleaning rags" (hardly believe given the fact that it's a coffee shop). At which point we cleaned the tables with disinfecting wipes we purchased. Horrible experience, my only hope is that they were short staffed because that was simply inexcusable.
