Huge shout out to Oz and Arten! (I think I got the second name wrong, but I can’t find the piece of paper I wrote their names on lol). They made THE BEST Caramel Ribbon Crunch I’ve EVER had! They understood the assignment! I’m thinking of taking the long way to work hoping they’re there again!! Haha But they were super nice and made my whole morning!

This may be the only Starbucks on the planet that does not have fresh brewed coffee available. They must do a "pour over" for a simple cup of drip coffee. It's a coffee shop with no available coffee. I should speak to the manager.Sincerely,Karen

DO NOT GET YOUR COFFEE HERE!!!!!! They alway get my order wrong and my coffee always TASTE TERRIBLE ,if you place a mobile order you still have to wait 20 minutes and they tell you there busy even if you no else is there or making any other orders GO TO ANY OTHER STARBUCKS!!!!!

I came here to get some drinks and it was the most unpleasant unprofessional uncomfortable experience. The girl with braids kept looking at me like she didn’t know what I was saying, she asked me FOUR times to repeat my ONE order. Then the gentlemen she was with was standing right by her texting in his cell phone right in front of me while I was trying to be waited on. Customer service here is not pleasant and I will not be coming back.

Recently they aren’t reliably open in the mornings, apparently due to staffing problems. Not the end of the world to go without the morning Starbucks but if you fit a stop in here on your way to work, you’ll probably be irritated to find that you wasted your time.

Recently learned they do not work for starbucks they work for kroger... This location is always in stock of my favorite toffee nut syrup ... Great customer service this is my go to Starbucks

They don’t care, take for ever. Put a sign that they’re grabbing supplies from the back while they are in front register doing something else. Employees are always different. No management ever.
