Easily the worst experience in a Starbucks, I've ever had! I have worked in the company in the past and know that it was far from the standard. Extremely rude transactions with customers, incorrect information given before asking a manager, and stomping around like children. Will not return to this location!

What are you doing to your staff? I have NEVER waiting so long for a coffee. Everyone was moving dragging. Still friendly but they seem over worked and extremely sluggish. Often prioritizing drive thru over the indoor orders. Over 30 minutes and counting for 3 coffees!? It's crazy we spend $40 for 3 drinks and it take this long. Starbucks, what the heck?!

Ordered a mobile order on Christmas Day when they’re open and was not aware that only drive-through was available and the line was out the road. So they expected people to sit who placed mobile orders for their hot drinks to be cold when they picked them up. If you’re gonna be open on Christmas Day, you need to have your lobby open also

Stopped at this store at5/13/2025. I paid almost 8 dollars for warmed milk. Plus I only receive good service if I tip. I tip just not for coffee.

All I’m saying is never go in, you will wait for 30 mins for basic coffee, And wait that time and the coffee isn’t made right you can tell just by the color. This location is iffy when it’s good it’s good when bad it’s bad.
