Ordered a blond americano and it tastes like water. I personally like the robust flavors of the blond americano but I definitely did not get that with this coffee. I got brown hot water. What a waste of money.

This store has been slow for over a year. I'm glad the little girl working here thinks this is funny when they ask about what you are waiting on. I hate coming to this store. Tried giving it a chance after a year and nope! Still in the same sad shape!

Went this morning to get an order for moms and kids before a golf tournament. I had multiple items to order. Scarlett and Gray were working, both were TOP NOTCH. I had to add a couple drinks after my initial order. They didn’t even bat an eye at my additional items. All were made PERFECT. Food was fresh and hot. There was no way I was carrying 7 drinks and 4 food items out to my car alone. Scarlett was like I can help you. She and Gray were what a customer service should be. Thank you Starbucks for hiring helpful and kind baristas.

My daughter and I stopped in at Kroger to grab some starbies. I don’t know what everyone’s issue there was but man they all were so mad. I asked the guy making our drink a question and he closed his eyes and shook his head lol. There was no one waiting before me or after me. But all 4 employees was super busy cleaning and taking the coffee machines apart. Just wanted to say I’m sorry for bothering you all but the food was on point lol!

Two boys working in there extremely bothered by doing their jobs and extremely rude when approached. Slammed my drink on the counter when ordered and the black grande was watered down and not even full. Really bad service. Overpriced coffee with bad

I went through the drive up window. I asked for NO FOAM ... my 20 oz. had about 16 oz of foamy coffee and 4 oz. of whip. I sent it back and they got my order right! The milk was not overheated and foamy...it was perfect.

I came around 6pm on a Monday and the barista was extremely rude. I could tell that she was irritated. She was being really short with me and basically throwing stuff around, slamming stuff down. She basically shoved my order on the counter and that was it. She didn’t interact at all.

I just want to take the time to express my appreciation for this location and the baristas here! Shay ( I believe is his name) is the sweetest, and always makes my drinks to perfection. He is over here by himself a lot and still always remains so calm and patient, and I always receive my drinks quick! Great job

My reason for choosing Starbucks started because of quality, but that hasn’t been my experience with this location, especially my last visit, one of the the items in my order was missing, and I didn’t realize it until leaving, after coming back in to explain I was told that they had ran out, but they could make another, so why didn’t I get some kind of notification, or at least offered verbally when I came to pickup the order, I thanked her when I did pick it up, seems like a good opportunity! Also, I had 4 food item's, and dropped one that slid, I should’ve been given a bag! There was no ownership/empathy on the Barista’s behalf! I have also noticed that the price of the double smoked bacon breakfast sandwich changes on some days, from five dollars & some change to eight dollars & some change, and that doesn’t feel right. Needless to say, I have takeaways from the situation.
