Ordered online waiting 20mins extra an Noone is here for that to happen the order wasn't done correctly to what I customized it to says 6 pumps they did 4 payed for extra Carmel an didn't get that an extra crunch didn't get that stood at the front the whole time not one person asked if they could help me! Avoid unless you're okay with wasted money. I'll stick to my normal one close to home next time

Visited june 7th 2025 at 3 in the evening wife ordered a 7$ coffee. Pulled up to the drive thru to pay only had a 50$ bill. Lady working to me they didn't have change? I didnt argue just left. Will never visit this location again

so on Sundays, there are absolutely wonderful people working here and they are fully staffed. My advice would be fire. The people who treat customers badly to maintain customer service standards. we usually have great service here. But yesterday we waited almost 45 minutes for one simple chai. 20+ people came in behind us and all of them were served and had left the building and we were the last customer in the building. The drive-through had cleared out about six times. And there was a long haired gentleman who was openly refusing to make my son’s drink. It was a very nice lady working who was literally begging him to just make the drink and he was refusing for some reason. it looks like they were having some kind of internal social fight in my sons, drink has become part of their struggle. She eventually tried to make a drink for him, noticeable intense interaction, where he finally made the drink. I have no idea what was going on or why this happened but it was a shocking experience to have. with that said that is the only bad experience I’ve ever had here. The rest of the employees are usually extremely kind.

Stay FAR away from this place if you wanted to be treated like dirt. The evening crew working today needs to go work at Dick’s Last Resort where you can be rude intentionally cuz that’s what people pay for.

I always come and grab a coffee here since it’s close to me, but today I went out to get a oat milk matcha with lavender foam, the barista wasn’t seem so nice and makes my drink so wrong , I paid full price for the drink but it didn’t come out like I expected to. I don’t want to give a one star because I love this place but The barista gave me mean vibes which I don’t want to return back again .
I order a venti cup , but the drink actually is only 4 fingers and the rest are just a foam , I order with lavender foam , I don’t see lavender foam either .

Not one of the friendly Starbucks in the area .. made me want to head back to West Virginia faster than I got there .

The waiter was very friendly and service was pretty quick for Starbucks. The only issue I had was the location in relation to navigating the parking lot. If you are not from the area, and I am not, it is slightly confusing. The entrance is nearly hidden as well as the access point to the drive through but I figured it out.

Went through drive thru, at this location at 4:18 pm on Dec 29, when we got to
The window Makayla asked what we had ordered. We told her. When she handed us a hot drink, we told her we had ordered it iced, she just looked at us, did not say a word and shut the window and never looked at us again. We could not get her attention again. My husband tooted the horn and everything, she totally ignored us. Because we did not want to tie up the drive through we just left. By far WORST service I have ever received. Will not be back here.
