Never again both are the same coffee name, size, and customizations. Second pic is the newest disaster. This store doesnt do well and the coffee was very bitter like old ground. I couldn't stay cause I had to work

Thank you very much for making our final states side stop one to remember!🩷 the Baristas here are fantastic, from one barista to another. Had over-the top service from Tammy who gave us a good chat at the front and also gave us extra sriracha once seated, Casey who warmed our breakfast and cut my sandwich for me and Fiona who made delicious drinks. All the perfect start to our long morning drive back to Canada

Thanks Summit Starbucks! Will see you again surely :)

This Starbucks feels rough around the edges, and not because of the coffee. The energy in the store says a lot the employees always look drained, like they’re being pushed too hard with no time to breathe. There’s no sense of teamwork or support, just tired faces doing their best to hold things together.

On top of that, the place never feels organized. The hallway to the bathrooms is almost always piled with boxes and deliveries that clearly haven’t been put away. It makes the store feel cluttered and cramped, like the staff don’t even get the chance to keep things in order.

It’s obvious the workers here are stuck in a tough spot, and that’s unfair to both them and the customers. Morale looks low, and honestly, the vibe of the whole store suffers because of it.

I go to this Starbucks frequently never have had an overwhelmingly positive experience. I normally let it slide since we never know what someone is going through. But today i order a dragon fruit refresher and it was just coconut milk and cold foam looked nothing like the picture. i also was not greeted or even spoken too. Never have had a great experience here and most likely never will.

I was the only person in line for five minutes. I did not get a ā€œhelloā€ or a ā€œbe right with youā€. I understand being busy, but the atmosphere was cold and unkind.

Look, I’m not here to start drama. I’m just here for my iced brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso: light ice, three pumps, half sweet, extra cinnamon, don’t judge me.

Did I see the giant red 96 in the window?
Sure did. Did I clutch my pearls? No. I clutched my reusable cup and walked in like the seasoned regular I am.

Let’s be real: This store?
It’s seen some things.
I’ve watched this team survive:

Mobile order rushes so long the printer begged for death

A summer drink launch without lemonade, ice, or lids

A new manager who thinks ā€œpre-peakā€ means manifesting vibes into productivity

And somehow… my drink still gets made. Most days. In under 7 minutes. That’s practically a miracle.

The baristas?

Icons. Legends. Saints.
One of them called me ā€œbestieā€ and then disappeared into the back muttering about a broken Frappuccino pump. I hope she’s okay.

That 96?

It’s not a reason to panic.
It’s a badge of survival.
It’s the universe saying, ā€œYes, there were violations. And yes, the coffee’s still hot.ā€

You don’t go to this Starbucks because it’s perfect.
You go because it’s yours.

They act like its a burden to place an order. I had to wait a long time to get my drink and other customers got their drinks before mine. they ignored me and didn't tell me my drink was ready.

Staff is very disorganized, rude if they even speak at all after you place your order. I NEVER get a full cup.

My boyfriend went into this Starbucks and he has never been in one and asked a woman where the bathrooms are and she stated he had to make a PURCHASE to use the bathroom.. Confused like it’s literally a public place.. I didn’t know we had to pay to use the bathroom now.. DO BETTER..

My drink had a hair in it, which is insane for a $7 drink I won’t be drinking now. Furthermore, the lady in front of me practically had her drinks thrown at her by the window worker. Drinks were all in the parking lot and spilled down the side of her car. Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been through. Careless and rude.

Coffee is simple, but when you change the name of simple things like caramel and have three varieties of the same thing, you never will get the order right.

Great place, they got ine of my orders wrong and quickly changed it, with great attitude, and gave me the one that was an error. Coming back when in Nichvegas.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Only one person working and the person was extremely overwhelmed. She did the best she could but it was an awful experience
