This is the second worst location, right behind the summit. I get a grande and more often than not it’s only half full. Maybe it’s me but that’s theft. I would be ashamed and embarrassed to deliver this kind of service

Ordered via mobile order at 10:00am for pickup at the store. Get to the store signs on door saying closed, go through drive thru where I explain I’m picking up an order and just keep getting told they’re closed. Park and go back to the door where I see my order sitting on the counter and I point to it saying it’s mine and they keep giving me the cutoff sign across the neck for closed and basically refused to give me my order I paid for. Looking to get refunded back for my order but they don’t make it easy in the app.

For an entity that prides itself for being the largest coffee shop in the world, I was just told that they can only make me one kind of cup of black hot coffee. That is pathetic. I am so happy that this was the only time I visited Starbucks during the entire year. Literally, medium roast is the only coffee Starbucks has available.
Used to be a wonderful location now it takes too long and the people working at the window are never friendly and they used to be the coolest/kindest people out there

Horrible worker!! We waited half an hour and nobody told us or call us that it’s ready until my bf went to see and it’s sitting there and cold already! Only reason the worker behave this horrible is racist as we are not white and the workers are all white!!! Will never come to this place!
