I used mobile ordering and when I got to the store I waited in a rather long line and when I got to the window they told me to pull in front which didn’t feel safe with traffic thru the parking lot but I did. My order was suppose to be ready before then so I thought I wouldn’t wait long. I waited 8 min before calling the store. After I explained I was waiting I waited another 4 min. I had also asked for a drink tray for my 2 drinks and I got a cut into one that didn’t balance the drinks on my seat so I had to try and drive with one hand and hold the drinks with the other. I can’t believe the employees couldn’t realize that those wouldn’t work or maybe they did and did it on purpose ? I ended up getting all the topping off one all over my sweater and I’m not sure it will even come out. The girl
Who brought it was rude and.confrontational. I did get a $4 card to use on my next visit but I believe I will try 7 brew they are closer anyways. Do better.

I always go here for my breakfast since I live close by but last time I went the lady on the cashier was so mean to me also made me wait over 10 minutes for my order and people came after me and left before me. So no more going to this location.

Beverages and food are made with the highest quality, and the staff is amazing! I order the same few items regularly, and if I forget an ingredient they will remember and ask me if I would like it - basically, they know my orders better than I do! Very sweet people, and great tasting food & drinks!

The staff at this location are fantastic and so kind. My drink was great, but 80% of why I come here is for wifi access between dropping off my child at daycare and work meetings. WiFi isn’t working and sounds like the issue has been persistent. Only reviewing so management will know this is an issue. In the meantime, there are plenty of other coffee shops with wifi I patron instead.

Today and the last time prior to this, my husband and I got a coffee and a tea here. Both times, they've been extremely hot, far hotter than anyother time here or any other starbucks. I've burnt the inside of my mouth pretty bad both tines now here at this location. Its so hot that its making the coffee taste like the lining of the cup is melting into it as well as leaving a weird waxy like film in our mouths. Can you inform the crew to stop making it abnormally hot. This isn't how its ever been and we go here daily. We're not going to get coffee here again for a while. Hopefully, in some months, whomever is making it this hot will have either left or been corrected.

This has been my go-to Starbucks location for a while because it has always seemed so well-run. The staff is always pleasant and they get my drink right. However, the last few times I've been there, they've given me the half and half for my coffee in a separate cup on the side instead of putting it IN the coffee. It's been different people so I'm thinking this is some kind of management directive. This is super awkward, and I end up with WAY more half and half than I need. This a.m. I was handed a full tall cup of h&h with my grande coffee. I have no idea why this is a thing, but please stop it.
