They play music so loud that you can actually hear it clearly up on the 3rd floor of the clinic. They have zero respect for patients, coming to their appointments, and others passing through the area.

They were so busy it was unreal, I know this isn't the worker's fault but I literally waited in line for 15 minutes to use a gift card and stars I had saved and they always say their app is down, but it's not! Ugh I thought you could still use a gift card? Very very discouraging!

My visit to Starbucks on 870 South Broadway, Lexington was one of the worst, and strangest, experiences I've ever had in any of its stores. After a long, leisurely walk there, I found every door locked. Yet, unbelievably, it was open. So, I walked around to the drive-in window, where I was told no one could be let in, nor could I buy anything at the window. Really?!!!! That is how the store conducts business. If so, it should be shut down and the unhelpful baristas dismissed. i have patronized Starbucks everywhere for decades, but will totally rethink that now. I have truly never seen anything like it, and hope I never will again.

Worst caramel frappucino I've had. Been around the world and drinking caramel frappucino. This one by far the worst.And it was really slow even though there was only 1 other person infront of us.

This Starbucks is inside the Healthy Kentucky Research Building (HKRB, aka RB2). It is almost impossible to park anywhere near the building, though, because it is on the University of Kentucky campus and you need an expensive permit to park practically everywhere. The staff is nice and you can pay using your Starbucks app and get stars for your orders. However, you cannot mobile order in advance on the Starbucks app.

So most places don't require a mask , Starbucks still does ," You can't be atStarbucks without a mask." Only as I was about to order after our chat, though they will stand and talk to you without one they can't take your order without one. Wow.

I have been to this Starbucks three times now and every time they have been out of coffee. Shouldn't it just be a given that a coffee shop keeps a fresh pot ready to go whenever? Or does the clientele here drink anything but coffee? Thankfully there are many nearby coffee alternatives.

Terrible customer service. I went to refill my “Tall pike place” coffee, and the rude manager told the barista, “ we can’t do that, it is not our Cup”.It is true that I purchased the coffee from a close by Starbucks, but her reaction was unprofessional. I was vey embarrassed! I spend a lot if money in starbucks; she could have avoided embarrassing me in front of the queue by asking me to purchase another, as simple as that! After all, it is only $ 2.28! And I was intending to give a $5 as a tip!! It is all about being nice and customer care!The good thing is that they just lost 5 customers coz when I told colleagues, they decided to purchase their coffee from another store. Grow up greedy manager and be nicer to people!
