The only Starbucks in Lexington that never screws up my drink! The guys there late in the day are so nice and it is such a nice treat to end a stressful day by popping in there. Sam has helped me find other drinks that fit my dietary issues, I really appreciate that extra care, and he is always so nice. A true gem of a little store - wish they were all like this!

Terrible experience with Sam. Please be polite. Hard to order when you're constantly being interrupted and treated like you're a nuisance. It comes off as hostile when you're sighing and making faces while someone is ordering.

I honestly felt like I was at Dick’s Last Resort. The employee in the bucket hat not only hated his life, but failed to meet eye contact and acted as if we were an inconvenience. Mind you we were the only individuals (my fiancé and I) in the location.

We were swinging through on a road trip and I ran in to get whole milk for my daughter. The two men working couldn’t have been kinder to me. I ran back in to use the bathroom and change my daughter and was again greeted with so much joy. To round of the evening, I had to run in again with my son to use the bathroom and had promised him a cake pop. The man working had heard me tell my son he could have a cake pop and so it was waiting for us when we came out of the bathroom. As a mom of two young kiddos on a very long road trip, this kindness made my entire night. I tried contacting Starbucks with this review but couldn’t locate the store so I hope it gets to the sweet gentleman. Thank you for your thoughtfulness, the world needs more people like you both!

coffee was good as always! and the baristas were nice but one looked and sounded visibly sick and it seemed like she wasnt able to go home from what i heard, management probably needs looking into
