I visited the store recently and had a disappointing experience with one of the staff members. It felt like they were trying to avoid taking any responsibility to the customers in line by continuing other tasks and not taking orders. Note: she was the only worker which is bad on weekend rush. When I finally reached my turn, I asked for help regarding the in-store app, they seemed uninterested and avoided giving clear answers. Instead of assisting with the issue or directing me to someone who could help, they actually suggested that I wasn’t truthful by calling me a liar. Good customer service makes a big difference, especially when it comes to navigating store technology, and unfortunately, that was lacking here.

We went to this location as we were leaving Target... I wish we would've done the usual and went to Polo Club instead. We told them our order... To start, one drink was to have 8 flavor shots, but only 3 was written on the cup. It was supposed to come with cold foam, but the guy behind the counter insisted it didn't, although every other Starbuck's AND the app say differently. The other drink might as well had cold foam on it, as liquidy as the whipped cream was. Super slow service, employees not knowledgeable of drink ingredients and a cashier that can't differentiate 3 from 8. So much for good service with convenience. I'll make the drive, next time.

So I ordered two drinks which of one I was taking home to someone that was hot. I asked for a stopper and I was told they can’t pass those out to us anymore unless it’s a drive up order. I said OK do you have a sticker I can put over to keep it warm and not spill it. I was told no again those are for our drive up customers. I said drive up. You don’t have a drive-through? So how is it different from me being a walk up customer to calling in an order at target and coming and walking in and picking up my order from target with a Starbucks order connected, I’m confused! I think that’s poor customer service and I think it’s a ridiculous policy! So disappointed in Starbucks and target if that’s their policy

Worst customer serivce ever, second person in line and was skipped over twice because the two young people had an attitude. The third time I was looked over I stepped forward to order and was given attitude the entire order. Was not greeted, told they were out of cookies(which was fine) my drink they made was made incorrectly.

Got a VENTI dragon drink with super light ice and the man gave me a FULL VENTI CUP of ice with LESS than a SMALL of the actual drink. Asked him to FIX HIS MISTAKE I PAID FOR and he said no he refused to fix it without me buying a whole new drink again. Why would i purchase 2 drinks to have it made the right way it was ordered? Dont go early in the morning to this untrained non professional boy working.

Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to! Never has any product and always running out of things! Whoever is managing this Starbucks needs to figure out how to order and manage appropriately! Running out of product has been happening ALL YEAR and not just during the holiday!

Just left with an upset daughter on Valentine’s Day:( First, while waiting a few minutes in line, while hearing 2 employees having a great time with each other in the back room I finally asked the customers in front of me if they had been helped yet. Of course they hadn’t, but they were to shy to say something. I kindly hollered in the back room “Are you all still open?” A lady came out and said yes and started taking orders. Finally we are up and order exactly what we order every time. However this time it was $4 more. For 1 drink!! That’s crazy. She said it was because we asked for no ice. I asked her to cancel and refund and she said she did, but only refunded $1.36 to a gift card:( So no drink and still short $7:( Needless to say I’m glad that I know have a reason to stop buying over priced drinks.
