I’ll be honest, I was once a Starbucks regular. Since the rewards program has changed drastically and I have discovered other places that offer more sugar-free options, I go to Starbucks when there’s nothing else conveniently located. A double blended Frappuccino shouldn’t have me crunching on ice. With vanilla being the only sugar-free flavor, I have to go elsewhere for variety.

Had a great experience at this Starbucks!

After picking up my drinks and heading home, I accidentally spilled two out of the three I ordered. I was frustrated and honestly a little embarrassed, but I drove back hoping they might be able to help. Without any hesitation, Ava greeted me with kindness and a cheerful, professional attitude. She quickly remade the drinks and made the whole situation so much better. Ava was amazing, and I truly appreciated her understanding and excellent customer service. Huge thanks to this Starbucks and especially to Ava—we really appreciate you!

The employees didn’t want to open on time even locked the doors when we pulled up. I’m doing a 11 hr drive and needed coffee and these employees did not want to serve us.

This Starbucks usually does soo good!! Today, I had the rudest encounter with a barista due to her not taking the order correctly and the Manager Tristian did NOTHING to make it better because “he was on his break”! Update: I spoke with corporate and looks like the barista over charged me without letting me know, for a drink I DID NOT order!! This Starbucks will just charge you for things you don’t order so make sure you are checking prices and managers will not help you! Be careful where your money this is a form of theft! Customer service terrible and blamed on low staffing when no one was in drive thru or in store.

Not very attentive to online orders. Ordered online 2 mornings in a row and waited longer than if I would have just went to the drive thru. They only made 1 of the 2 items I ordered so I had to wait 15 minutes for a banana bread that they didn’t even heat up even though that was also specified in the online order. Waiting 25 minutes for a drink and cold banana bread is ridiculous.

Stopped in for an afternoon coffee and their blonde roast wasn't brewing. They made a pour over, all the while apologizing for the wait. I know this situation was out of their control, but their awareness of keeping me in the loop was appreciated.

I usually love Starbucks. BUT... the attitude of the young man here (who wasn't paying attention to online orders and then sneered when said I was waiting for one) needs to ne adjusted. Get him some training. Come on SB...remind employees to say hello, thank you...at least be cordial. Wednesday afternoon, 3 p.m., NO other customers waiting.

I never leave bad reviews. But this Starbucks has messed up my drinks multiple times. I called them to kindly let them know. They didn't offer to remake the drink or anything. Simply said "thank you for the feedback". And I spoke to the manager.
