I waited over 20 minutes for a mobile order and then realized they gave me the wrong thing. Awful service and awful staffing by Starbucks management. Why do you have a storefront if your team members are only going to service the drive thru?

While I have several disagreements with Starbucks' policies and find their products to be generally overpriced, there are still some positives. Whenever my fiancée gets her coffee, I occasionally pick up some food, like their vegan breakfast sandwich, and it's usually pretty good. The quality of the food is consistent, and I appreciate the availability of vegan options. However, the cost and some of the company's practices keep me from being a more frequent customer. Starbucks serves its purpose when I'm accompanying my fiancée, but it's not my first choice for coffee or food.

We were just in there and the one bathroom needed toilet paper. We told someone and we stood in line for the second bathroom. There at 5 people in line and I once again asked for a roll of toilet paper. Now I got out of the second bathroom and now there is no toilet paper in that one either and NO ONE WOULD give me a roll of toilet paper. They said they would when they had time. What kind of service is that!!!!
