We were just in there and the one bathroom needed toilet paper. We told someone and we stood in line for the second bathroom. There at 5 people in line and I once again asked for a roll of toilet paper. Now I got out of the second bathroom and now there is no toilet paper in that one either and NO ONE WOULD give me a roll of toilet paper. They said they would when they had time. What kind of service is that!!!!

Getting in to the Starbucks was NOT easy, but totally worth it! The drinks were spectacular! Service was quick and friendly and made our drinks so good!I'd definitely come back to this one (especially now that I know how to get into the parking lot... LOL)

I drove thru about 1030 this morning, the line was long, but I wasn't going inside with 2 kids. I only ordered a drink order, which was not correct, and I don't go to Starbucks often so I felt like it was a waste of money. Did my Costco shopping and tried the drive thru about 1130 telling them about my wrong drink order. They were SO great! Didn't ask many questions and gave me the correct drink. I really appreciate the workers this morning! Thank you!

The fellow at the counter took seven minutes to reheat five sandwiches individually. By the time the last sandwich was reheated, the first sandwich was lukewarm. Smdh. He was doing everything....cleaning, working the cash register, talking, handling sandwiches without any gloves on. He didn't start making my sandwiches until I came out the restroom (which I did not ask him too). The only reason I still took the sandwich was because he used thongs instead of his hands. Food was just alright. We usually love Starbucks. But today not so much. Probably won't never return

20230913 There was no watermelon juice on the shelf, but good thing I asked. It was in the back. Its my favorite juice when I don't want any caffeine. The barista was very nice. Not sure why I can't find any KY been there mugs. I was hoping to get my office son one. Good thing I already got mine last summer. I went and called 5-6 stores. 2 more on my way to WV. Hopefully one of them will have it. ?

Took nearly 15 min to get food, which is a first for a Starbucks. Then the food came out wrong...again another first for Starbucks. To top it off, the coffee was lukewarm. At least the ants are getting appropriate service.
