Stopped through Winston-Salem while traveling with my family and ended up at this Starbucks. First and foremost, staff was awesome, and very accommodating with my two young toddlers. Our order came out correct and was very good considering we’re Starbucks frequents. The store manager Monique, even came out and spoke with our family while we dined in. Overall, my family enjoyed the experience with staff, the coffee/food, and the entertainment.

Brought my own cup and told them that when ordering, when I get to the window and hand my cup out the guy says he'll bring the drink over and pour it in my cup at the window when it's ready.. he then comes over and tells me he needs my cup because my drink had a cold foam topping. Turns out he didn't put it in the system that I brought my own cup, so I didn't get my bonus points or my discount. Also forgot to give us straws.

Stayed at downtown hotel. Drove here and found I could not go inside. Ordered from app. Somehow vanilla got added to the order of the triple non-fat latte. ??? Traffic flow is terrible. Pickup is neither at drive thru or walk up. However people in drive thru can order. So if you are picking up, you will have to wait behind people ordering.

As always, Starbucks never fails. The caramel crunch Frappuccino is off the chain! I have tried many other drinks but always come back to my favorite. Oh yeah, and add a couple of shots of blonde expresso!

I came here today and had two drinks and two cake pops. They ended up giving me the wrong cake pop so I had to go to the mobile order pick up window, I had to ring the doorbell thing they have for service three times and at least got looked at 4 times they knew I was standing there. When someone came to the window both workers decided to argue with me about what I ordered. At that point I became a little mad with them and asked for a refund. I had to go back and get my card and the second time a different employee came to the window and still argued. They still gave me the wrong cake pop and I eventually just got tired of asking for the right thing and left.

Long story short, the employees are rude and don’t care to argue about what you ordered.
