Stopped through Winston-Salem while traveling with my family and ended up at this Starbucks. First and foremost, staff was awesome, and very accommodating with my two young toddlers. Our order came out correct and was very good considering we’re Starbucks frequents. The store manager Monique, even came out and spoke with our family while we dined in. Overall, my family enjoyed the experience with staff, the coffee/food, and the entertainment.
As always, Starbucks never fails. The caramel crunch Frappuccino is off the chain! I have tried many other drinks but always come back to my favorite. Oh yeah, and add a couple of shots of blonde expresso!
The manager Tammy and all of the employees there today were absolutely wonderful! They are so incredibly nice and personable and make a delicious drink! The Starbucks I usually go to was closed today so I ended up going here and I am so happy I did. I will absolutely be a regular customer at this location from now on. Thank you all so much for a great experience. I needed some kindness today and you really made my day!
