I decided I wanted to support local coffee shops but I was so unhappy when I got here. It didn’t have half the small town charm I expected and my coffee was less than mediocre and very expensive. I know these days people are struggling for money but seriously? Anyways the employees were beautiful. Except for the one with purple hair.

Several times now I’ve gone in and there was no one at the kiosk! The last time I left after more than 7 minutes of no service. The service is great…when it’s there.

Received my drink and found that almost half of it was foam, I paid 5$ for this drink and had to scoop so much foam out of it, other than that the parking sucks here too.

This place is very nice. Their coffee is always great and their customer service is even better. They always pay extra close attention to the details that you want in your order. It can get a tad bit expensive, but I think the coffees are worth every penny. I've never experienced such joyful workers. Every time I go, these people are in such a good mood, and so willing to take your order. If I could give them 10 stars, I would!

Asked for a latte and got a hot chocolate. How wrong can you get?? Now I don't have a morning coffee and just wasted almost $5. Disappointed and lost trust.

This is the second time I've stopped on the way out after shopping. The first visit left a bad taste in my mouth. It wasn't that the drink was bad, it was more they seemed so indifferent as if I was asking them to do something they rather not. Now this time it was a totally different experience. The girl at the register was friendly and patient with me while I decided what to order. There was no line and I had my drink in no time . I know it's not fair to compare them to a local coffee shop but it's hard not to when the customer service at a locally owned business surpasses a corporate owned business. In the end will I stop again and get coffee from here? Based on my experience today absolutely.
