I got a strawberry lemonade refresher today and it was AMAZING and my barista, Bella, gave me great service. On top of that, the strawberries were amazing and I ordered extra ON THE SIDE to snack on. I went to buy a pink drink with no ice. Because I asked for no ice, the woman filled the rest of the space up with water. Making my drink really watery. The man that was there basically tells me that since I didn’t want ice that they have to put water in it and it’s company policy. More was said in the exchange between us since what he was saying didn’t make sense. I wanted a new drink and was told basically that in order to not get water put into my drink, I would have to pay for extra base. I agreed but in order for me to do that I would have to pay for a whole new drink without getting my money back for the first one. The second drink was still watery but not as bad. I ended up going to the other one down the road with no problem. I was told that I had to call customer service to get my money back. I did indeed get my money back. I could at least been told that they were going to do this before they made it.

Also, I went again yesterday and ordered a venti cold brew with light sweet cream and I asked why it was almost $10 and she said that's just the price. Well she had put two shots of espresso in there, which could really hurt somebody.I won't go back.

Mango Dragonfruit Refresher is my absolute favorite drink!!! I've also had a few of the other sandwiches and bakery items. Everything I've ever tried has been fresh and flavorable.

Love this Starbucks, Most consistent by far and super friendly staff. Also I asked for some love with my coffee this morning and the drew a heart in it!

I’m not sure why this Starbucks is only 3.9 stars but this Starbucks is the best one that I have ever went to. They have ALWAYS made me want to come back and no other store, no other restaurants, or groceries shops could EVER match the energy this Starbucks brings every morning. They are the most polite group of people and when I walk in I’m welcomed BY NAME and the staff makes conversation while I wait on my mobile order. I have literally almost 800 reward stars and All of them were earned only coming to this specific Starbucks. I have never been around such an amazing and welling working team of people. I have never been employed somewhere that brought this kind of energy. I will forever apply my loyalty to this Starbucks!!
