The line only had four cars and I waited 20 minutes in it to get my sf vanilla iced latte. It was awful. Should have known it was going to be bad by looking at it. It was very pale. Looked like it was all milk and no coffee. Tasted like watered down milk with ice with a drop of coffee. Couldn’t taste the vanilla either.

Usually my favorite Starbucks location. Friendly and fast service. But this experience today changed that for me. Not friendly, rude staff this morning. I’m always kind to service workers because their job is very busy and stressful at times. But to still be spoken to in a condescending manner is absolutely unacceptable.
