I do not like the self-serve era we have been forced to take on. You order on machines and get your own drinks. The only human interaction is going up to the counter to pick up your food. The food was okay.

The big trend is food kiosks...seems to be all the rage in this nation...whereas it might streamline the ordering process..it detracts from the overall dining experience especially when they prompt you for a tip at the point of purchase...
Food was decent...as to expected...fries hot n salty... comparable to a Freddy's but thinner burgers for the same price.
At the end of the receipt is a nagging little scan code that operates the drink fountain and keeps track of the amount of refills.
The unnerving part about the dining experience is, the helicopter staff, hovering over the room and the drink station...which explains the aggravation fee/gratuity...straight up kills the vibe, catching eye daggers from the restaurant crew as you go get straws and napkins....which left me, kinda hot and salty as well

I think they should bring back the cashiers, at least one as another option. It's too impersonal, and some people like human interactions. I also dislike that you have to keep up with your drink reciept tag if you want a refill! Some people throw their receipts away, huge inconvenience!

Foods always good, but get rid of the drink scanner. Too many people don't know how to work the blasted thing. I'm also not sure what we're tipping when you pay? You do everything yourself.
