Went here for dinner. The food is great. However, they allowed a big group in who were throwing their paper around, yelling to each other and on their phones talking loudly. They left their mess and it was awful. It was not a good atmosphere to eat in.

Do not EVER get delivery from this restaurant!! My food was never picked up (the restaurant confirmed) and the delivery driver messaged to say they were out. Then he completed the delivery and there was no way to get a refund.

Drive through as always has a couple of people giggling at the register, not greeting guests and shoving food at you. Upside.. the garlic burger still remains amazing. Not sure I'm sold on the beef tallow fries yet, but still love the texture.

I’m not sure who hired the new man that has been helping customers with ordered and everything but I heard him making comments on a young lady’s body saying “you need to feed her, she’s too skinny” he said it to her multiple times. no one in a business , and i mean NO ONE, should ever make comments on a customer’s appearance to their face. he could have kept that to himself or in his thoughts or even just said it in the back, not to that ladies face. every single other worker though at this steak and shake was insanely nice and amazing. it’s just that man

Kiosk only orders. Table not clean. I stopped near the drinks to ask my husband if he had ordered soda or tea- a lady came running from behind the counter asking (I guess) You buy drink you buy drink?!? The burgers and fries were lukewarm. They want a tip when you place your own order, make your own beverage, go back up to get your own food and clean your own table…makes no sense. People at other tables were explaining to others “oh you can’t go get a refill unless you scan the receipt”. No one working there had a smile. The only interaction we had with any employee was the lady who treated me like I was going to take a $2.49 cup of tea that I had paid for….it wasn’t busy, I’m sure she saw the order. Never again.

Absolutely horrible experience. You have to order your own food off the machine, and then it doesn't get it right and it asks for a tip for ordering your own food, and then when you get your food, you have to deal with a QR code that times out within seconds to get your drink. And then you get your food and the order is wrong because the machine messed up. If I could rate it a zero, I would.

My last visit. To any steak n shake in dinning room You have to go through all the hassel to snan this and type the order and still be asked for a tip. This is not customer service. They lost customers.

updating this review from almost 10 years ago this place has changed for the worst!!! There are no waiter and waitresses anymore and not even any cashiers just kiosk machines and a rude lady calling out orders and you have to use a scanner to get drinks and the combos do not come with drinks so we had to redo everything over! Won't be back!!!

Theeee absolute most cleanest steak and shake I’ve ever been in!!! employee was literally washing and wiping floor boards as I was walking in and the service and food was just as great the manager can asked how was everything etc we even talk about TMNT lol best steak and shake ever!!!!
