I’ve been to many different seafood restaurants as far west as Nevada as East as Florida. I moved to Lexington recently and live close by to Storming crab. Decided to take my wife here and everything was absolutely mediocre. The sausage and egg will tell you a lot about the quality of the restaurant. I had the #4 along with gator bites/ fries. I had a total of 7 gator bites with my fries for $14. Absolutely unbelievable.I was truly beyond disappointed. The corn was the only good thing about my experience. (Super easy to make decent corn)This place may be good for folks who don’t have much experience eating seafood but anybody from down south would be mocking this place. The manager was only able to give us half off our next #4. Which is even more disappointing. I just wanted at least 25% of my money back. But they want me to spend more money there in order to repay me for the lack of quality experience I spent almost $80 for mediocrity and will never be back. Try at your own risk.

Was one of our favorite places to eat seafood but no more. The crab was not fresh and smelled. Told the waiter which was very nice said we had complaints. So this wasn't a one time incident. Never will we go back.

That Yarney Zebra & Stuff
I love crayfish (mudbugs in the south) and these were the highest and tastiest I have had this far up north in Kentucky. I did order mild Cajun so I could enjoy the flavor of the Crayfish with less fire. The seafood cheesy bread was sooo good as well. Overall a fabulous meal and yes, I recommend.Dietary restrictions: I do not tolerate spicy with my gut health but I was still able to order my favorite seafood boil(crawfish) in a mild option. This made my day!!!!

The waiter had a great personality and said They try their best to get close to New Orleans style Cajun. We were given a sample of the seafood cheese bread. They knew what they were doing because it was so good we had to order a whole basket. It is a must-have appetizer. We both decided to get something on the fried side. I got the Gator basket with fried okra. It's hard to get good okra but I have to hand it to them. They did well. As the shrimp lover Lee got fried shrimp. I was very impressed with how large the shrimp was. It was full shrimp, not those little wimpy butterfly shrimp. The theme of the restaurant is cute but we weren't 100% sold on the graffiti look. We still would definitely recommend this place if you are a seafood or Cajun lover.Follow us for more great reviews™Kid-friendliness: The tables have paper tablecloths and they give you crayons to draw on the tablecloth with. This is a great entertainment idea for kids. They also have a children's menu that's very affordable and kid friendly.

Hands down the best seafood restaurant anywhere in driving distance. The #6 pot is absolutely amazing. The gator meat is spot on and the mozzarella sticks are awesome and you get your money's worth at every corner!

I only put 4 stars because of the bathroom it smells like they haven't cleaned the sewage and the smell is coming through the pipes but they were very fast here and the food was great I was going to take a before picture but lol I got to excited since I like sea food alot ?
