Ordered 2 subs thru UberEats, when they arrived, NEITHER was what I ordered. I immediately called to speak to a manager, none was available & they took down my info for a Monday call back.Monday & Tuesday came & went with NO phone call. I called back on Wednesday, went over the details with a manager & was told he would call me back Thursday at 11. Once again, NO FOLLOW UP!I called back yet again & was put off- YET AGAIN!!I will gladly take my business elsewhere, to places where the management does as they say.RESPECT & HONOR!!

I order from subway often but from a different location and I have NEVER had an issue.Ordered subway from this location tonight and it was so nasty I couldn’t even eat it.Pizza sub with three pepperoni's and so much pizza sauce that it was soggy.No extra pepperoni and no mozzarella cheese at all. However both were definitely on my ticket.We will never eat at this location again.Especially not when I can drive right down the road and get what I order.Maybe try hiring better staff…

I walked in 45 minutes before closing and the gentleman working acted like he didn’t want to help me. He told me they were closing in 15 minutes while that was not true. Do your job!

My daughter ordered two subs from here and she was better off making her own honestly. First she ordered the new monster steak sub, it's not much of a monster. Could you please help me find the inside?? Then she ordered a cold cut sub with avocados (extra 2.00) dollars. It's bigger than the monster. The monster was completely smushed with none of the extra toppings she asked for.I spoke too the manager and all I got was come back in and I'll give you $2 off. This location has to do better than that.So disappointed considering my daughter has been in the hospital and not able to eat and she wanted a sub. Guess we'll be going to Firehouse.

I ordered online using the new menu. When they made the #6 my daughter noticed they didn't put mozzarella cheese in it. I pointed it out to the attendant and he said it didn't say mozzarella on the ticket so he couldn't put it on there. The advertisement said all you do is click on the number and leave the rest to them. On the menu it clearly states mozzarella cheese. Needless to say they wouldn't fix it even though I waited in line for 30+ minutes and my sandwich should have been ready before I arrived. Everyone in line Even said it says it on the menu so they should put it on the sandwich. I will never go back there again and will gladly tell everyone of my experience.
