Around 1 wk ago we place a pickup order for 1 chicken subs and 1 turkey sub. Subway coupon was discounted. Today we stop by in person to use our last coupon left, but we were told coupon only could be only be used on turkey or pepperoni subs. The person responsible there is unprofessional and was not able to explain why coupons were valid for a chicken subs online but not in person. Will definitely never go back there. We end up going to Nicholasville rd subway .

Best Damn sandwich I’ve bought in awhile, and I couldn’t believe how damn clean it was. Everyone was happy and had a good attitude and helped very well. I’ll definitely go again A+ plus.

I wish I had read the reviews before I came. The guy who owns the place is a greedy rude man. There’s no way I’d come back to this location. I feel horrible for the employees. I can’t imagine how he treats them if he treats customers the way he does. Also finding 2 gray hairs in your sandwich makes it super unappetizing.

Just left here and will not be returning. This place was so much better when the ladies owned it, they made great sandwiches and made you feel welcome. I got my usual sandwich; turkey, pepperoni, shredded mozzarella cheese and had it microwaved. The gentleman helping me put 8 slices of turkey and 8 slices of pepperoni. Asked me what kind of cheese I wanted a second time and I specified shredded mozzarella. He pulls out the fresh and says "this?" And I said "no, I said shredded." And he replied "I just wanted to make sure." He put my sandwich in the microwave and the cheese came out unmelted (ended up microwaving it when I got home because it wasn't even hot). $9 for that sandwich. Ridiculous.
