The manager and employee didn't understand their own sign. Then the manager attempted to lie and say that the meal deal started tomorrow. I was then told my daughtercould only get two things as part of the meal deal - which is NOT a meal. The manager reacted strongly, raising his voice. I even attempted to use Google voice so the lady and I could better communicate to no avail. When I asked for the manager's name so that I could file my complaint, I was told by the lady that she was on with the owner/manager and that they'd called the police on me. I'm looking forward to hearing from corporate. Glad I have the interaction recorded.

Seems like policy here (it's been consistent and other reviewers agree) to put as little meat on the subs as possible. It's become really bad- who wants a sub thats basically just veggies and cheese?
I can respect the folks who run this place as they seem to be hard working but the subs have been so bad lately because they are being frugal with the meats that they've lost a loyal customer. I'll try another Subway and won't come back to this one. It's a shame because it's a great location.

I love how sweet the little lady is, but please, can someone tell her to lay off the mayo and sauces a little bit. When you say light, she goes crazy. When you say just a little, there is mayo dripping from your jaws. What is the magic word to just get one strip because I've even said that, but the language barrier is in the way. I thought about asking for it on the side but afraid she would cover the sides of my sub in it.

I love how sweet the little lady is, but please, can someone tell her to lay off the mayo and sauces a little bit. When you say light, she goes crazy. Online curbside. I has to go in because they were to busy staring at each other. And I ordered, and paid for double meat. Didn't get it. Tried to call, phone doesn't work. What a rip off.

This is the best subway on the South side of Lexington.
The people who work here are nice and are always busy. I've had great service here and am a frequent customer.
Subway is my go to and this location is my favorite in my part of town.

It was very mediocre service. It seems like i get more protein from other locations. But what really got me was asking for a tip. I was like for what! I don't tip a burger place for making my food. There was nothing special at all about the service. I honestly thought the tip trend was an exgration on social media.

I got a salad it was ok, the ranch dressing must have had pepper in it, because it was to peppery for me. I don't put salt & pepper in my salads so I was not to happy, I just wished they had shredded carrots for my salad & wished they had crackers to offer. I thought it was a little expensive
